I had called to know about the status of my stopped money order , and as the women on the phone was telling me something different from what they had told me last time she proceeded to start laughing like it was funny .Very unprofessional and unpleasant.Will no longer use this company .Was also told it can take up to a month to receive my refund for a money order but the first time I stopped the check which I paid money to do they told me 5 business days .

Amazing customer service from the manager i think her name is Gloria and her team they were quick and so nice. I really recommened this store i have gone to other stores but this store was awsome with customer service and how fast they work. Good job ladies

Be very careful with going to this location my daughter went to this location at 11pm on June 13th 2025 to cash her 800 dollar check she is a teenager who works hard for her money so the lady did not count the money back to her and just gave her the money my daughter felt something wasn’t right and came to the car and counted her money and she was 300 dollars short she then went back in with her older sister and spoke to the manager about the issue the girl became defensive and stated that she new for sure she gave her the money. So after reviewing the cameras and the manager going over the girl cash register she did short my baby 300 dollars the manager then gave my daughter her correct amount however I don’t believe this was a mistake I believe she was trying to pocket the 300 and seen and young teenager that she could take advantage of . My daughter now knows to make sure that before she leaves to
Always make sure they count the money back to her and please make sure anyone else do the same. I hope this girl is investigated and they make sure she has not being doing other customers this way
