The People were polite, but I counted 17 customers in line, not to mention me and there were only 2 receptionist helping ppl. Tell me why the Manager/Supervisor was just standing behind the glass up against the counter watching everyone? Even one more window open would have been very helpful in getting ppl waited on. But instead some of us were there for 45+ minutes waiting to get our checks cashed. I was just ready to get home and in bed.
