I was trying to change the type of account I had and I was able to accomplish this very easily and efficiently with Erik over the phone! Erik was awesome! I had tried to get assistance at a different branch and waited 30 minutes and asked to reschedule.at the branch close to Haslet, Tx. I walked out and called the PNC on Tarrant Pkwy and Erik took care of my request, quickly and efficiently! Kudos to Erik for his prompt assistnac!

Came here the day before Thanksgiving to open up an Estate Account. I had already been turned away by my own bank Fort Worth Credit Union and Wells Fargo. FWCCU doesn't do estate accounts for some reason and WF gave me some word salad about online appointments blah blah blah. Walked in here to PNC and Cassie got right on it. I mean quickly. I asked if she could have me out the door in 30 minutes and she did just that. Cassie was quick and knowledgeable ! I may have found a new bank.

Today I stopped at this branch for some information about opening an account. I have been with my credit union since 2007. They have been great, but they haven’t done much to keep me as a client in the past few years, plus they are in Florida. Not very convenient the few times my debit card was compromised and I had to wait almost 2 weeks for a new card. I chose PNC because is a national bank rather than regional. After about two hours having a conversation with Milos and Cassie, I can say I opened the account. Their customer service skills are exceptional, not to mention their vast knowledge on banking products. Not sure why the low star reviews here, but, from my first impression, they were excellent! And I’m looking forward to continue my banking needs with them.

Before you go to this location, please know that they have no tellers. Everything is done virtual through a machine. If you need to speak with someone, you have to wait a long period of time before they’re done helping other people to find out that what you need they can’t do. Oh, and they don’t open till like 9 AM so if you need to get some thing done before work you’re at a loss. I really wish my company didn’t bank with them so I didn’t have to mess with them.

Before you drive off upset that this is a cashless branch, remember as Eric the manager was kind enough to stop me and educate me right before I drove off in a bad mood... The atm does allow for cash withdrawals, ones, tens, twenties, when speaking to teller. Thank you Eric!!

Went in to the branch to discuss getting one of our accounts set up as a savings account and was told by Eric he would call us early next week - going on week two without a callback. Also called in later that week and spoke with a lady who said she would call me back that day - didn’t get that callback either.
