I’ve gone here about 4 times. And I finally got to order. First two times they were closed even when it said online they 10 am and they didn’t take my order, third time they didn’t have chicken, nor mash potatoes and other things. I was going for the spicy wings and mash potatoes, so I left. Now that I order I REGRET IT! The food taste so bad, like the oil was bad, and the chicken all burned. The fries were so tasteless.

Customer service SUCKS! Drive thru people always rude and it NEVER FAILS they always mess up my order today tbey forgot my fries smh i didnt even go back cause it wasn’t worth it i just wont go there again i knew better ??♀️

they have worst customer service ever. never coming back to this popeyes again. this is the second time they messed up my order and treated me terrible because i brought the chicken back and asked for a refund.

If you want your order messed up & get a dry chicken sandwich, this is the place! Learn to speak Spanish, because if you ask for sauce you'll get salt. Ordered a chicken sandwich & got fish! Have been there 3 times and our order was screwed up TWICE!

My coworkers and I placed orders online (4 orders). When I went to pickup our food, the inside was closed. They had names missing on orders and one order they did not have. Once I insisted that one was still missing I was told to get out of line and go back through line (at that point there were 6 cars in line). This is after I offered to repay for the order just to speed the process up.The thing they SHOULD have done was have me pull up and fix the last order. Not wait in line as though I hadn’t already been there 20 minutes. I will never go back to this place and I will be reaching out to every avenue that I can to bring light to how unprofessional they are.

Have never expereinced such a worst experience in the entire US. I live nearby. First time i went there, they said they accept only cash which is kinda fine. Second time when i was through the drive through and i was looking at the menu, the guy on phone shouted like anything when i said give me a minute. He had that rough look when i went to the window for pick up. Now it was the third and should be my final visit which was yesterday, I had to wait for long in the queue , ordered wings and went to window for pick up, they said i did not order and need to wait for another 12 minutes to pick up. The same guy who was there last time was inside and they were laughing at us like anything. Such a rude and arrogant behaviour. Unproffessional guys. I literally had popped eyes. Thank you and never again to the shop!

If i could do half a star i would. I ordered on the app... i get there and my food isnt ready and the employee in the window was on his phone as if i didnt exist and another employee had to tell him there was someone at the window....they ask me to pull forward and wait ... ok cool ... i get my food with all my sides missing and the chicken and the shrimp was barely even warm .... i go in to tell them about the sides missing and 2 employees argue about a order ... 2 employees are playing throwing around a receipt.... and to top it all off the manager there jus walked by as all this was going on ... not to mention there was a man in front of me in the drive-through that was also insode waiting because they messed up his order aswell.... this is piss poor excuse for service and food and i will never be stopping in to this location again .
