Don't go here. Horrible customer service and staff doesn't listen to what you want done. My dogs come back looking like they just left great clips. Owner is also very much a con artist

We took our Mini Golden-doodle here for the first time and we are very happy with the results.He looks great and would highly recommend Pride N Groom to anyone looking for this service in the Villages of Woodland Springs neighborhood and surrounding area.

I forgot to post this a few weeks ago! We LOVED our experience with Pride and Groom. Chrissy, the owner, has an obvious love of fur babies, and is professional and super nice. Everyone in the shop is so kind, and genuinely love what they do. We have a Scottish Terrier and a Maltipoo--Sherlock and Bailey. Our Maltipoo was a rescue, she still has issues with strangers. But she was so calm, her groomer said Bailey was so sweet and easy for her groom! So, basically, we have found a groomer we will stick with!! We had hopped around to follow our former favorite groomer, but he has now moved on to working in tech and the previous place sold to new management. We had to seek a new place. After combing through reviews of all places near our home (76244) I settled on Pride and Groom 100% because of good reviews. I am so glad I did! My dogs were nothing but adorable and happy after the groom. I am so grateful for Pride and Groom!!!

I always take my pup here. She's usually very anxious, but the groomers here take their time with her to make sure she's comfortable.

Took my two Pomeranians to be groomed. When I picked them up, I noticed right away that their nails were not done. I told them that I had been quoted a price that included their nails. She did do it but wanted to charge me extra…after I paid over a hundred dollars! And, just to be clear, only one was cut, the other just had a bath. After I got home and really looked at my babies, the one that had a cut was not even done correctly. Her coat was just uneven. I haven’t been back nor will I.

They are very pet driven and up front about my dogs needs. He always comes home happy and handsome. Sometimes suggestions are given to manage his maintenance needs at home. Love that they are so caring!

My Peekapoo Loved visiting this establishment. The staff always treated her like a Queen in a princess body! Thank you All so very much, especially her favorite Groomer Krissy!!

Love Pride N Groom! I’ve been taking my dogs there since they first opened. I just got my golden doodle puppy her first cut and she did great. They really do care about your fur baby.

Do not use this Groomer. We have a Goldendoodle and have used them for the past year. Every single time they would tell us how bad we are taking care of our dog and always wanted to shave our dog instead of giving alternatives. This last time they were very rude and unprofessional. If they are unprofessional to my face I can’t imagine what happens in the back with our fur baby. Needless to say we will never use them again and I caution anyone who wants to give them a try! There are plenty of groomers and I would pass on this one!

Very personable! Called me back right away to set my appointment, even got my dog in early. Made my old dog look like a puppy. Great service!

The staff at Pride and Groom are fantastic! My senior dog has special needs and the staff worked with me so that she could get groomed while taking her unique needs into consideration. Highly recommend! My fur baby always looks great and I feel 150% comfortable leaving her in their hands.

My sweet dog has NEVER bitten anyone; not a groomer, visitor, anyone. But all of a sudden, this place says he's a biter? Impossible. Someone there caused him severe trauma; he came home traumatized. On top of that, they didn't do the sani-shave or clip his nails, for which I paid. Never again! Do not trust these people! When my son paid with cash, the girl refused to give him a receipt! My other dog, Lucy, was ok. But something happened to Winston and I only wish he could talk. There isn't a sweeter or more loving dog alive. He's just a beautiful little mutt, not a pit bull. Never again will they touch my dogs. (This picture was taken a month ago by me.)

Pride and Groom have been my go to since we moved here in 2014. They started grooming my Maltese and when we lost her, they now groom my military service dog. They are the friendliest and most professional grooming group I have had the pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for your animal grooming services!!!!!!!!
