I absolutely love the friendliness of the teachers, front desk administration, and Adriana. It is always a pleasant experience from 7am to pickup. They are consistently reliable and a consistent positive uplifting environment. Every time I drop off and pick up my child I have no doubt that she is loved as much by the school as she is at home and that makes my heart so happy especially as a working household. Whenever I have to travel for work and my husband is out of town too. I never have to worry knowing they know we are out of town and they can reach grandparents.
I think one of the coolest things to see... is how much my daughter learns from them. Throughout her time at home, we get to witness the things she is learning from new new sign language signs to dances she has learned with songs. You can tell she enjoys her learning curriculum even at a very young age!

The teachers truly love and care for my kids, and the curriculum has definitely proven to engage their minds and teach them valuable skills. I love that they provide all meals and snacks, and their fun days give my kids something to look forward to. Staff and teachers are educated and diligent. Highly recommend!

My husband and I love PRCT. we love seeing daily updates of our baby smiling and reaching new milestones in his classroom. The infant teachers are great at communicating how his day is going and listening to any questions or concerns I may have!

Our baby has been at Primrose since she was ten weeks ago. She has thrived in many ways there and have so many friends there. We would highly recommend Primrose for your children!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Columbus Trail. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and professionalism. The staff at this daycare go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for the children.
What truly sets Primrose apart is the incredible, loving and hardworking staff. The teachers and administration are genuinely passionate about their work and it shows in the way they interact with the kiddos. They are attentive, caring, and always take the time to understand each child's unique needs and personality. It is evident that they genuinely love what they do and care deeply for the well-being of every child in their care.

I can not say enough good things about our experience in the infant classroom at Primrose Columbus Trail! Ms Angie, Ms Sylvia, and Ms Carol welcomed our little one and made us feel so comfortable dropping off everyday as new first time parents! I loved that he was already familiar with Ms Rana, Ms Manal and Ms Cynthia before moving to the older infants! He loves all of his teachers! He even will reach for them at drop off. It makes my heart so happy knowing he is loved on and cared for all day by these amazing women! I could not have asked for a better experience!

I moved here from Michigan and was nervous about finding my son a school. The staff at Primrose were so kind and welcoming to my preschooler and he loves Ms. White so much! We also love the frequent themed days throughout each month.

We started our daughter in the infant room and can’t say how great the experience was. Miss Angie was phenomenal. She felt like extended family. Miss Adria and Miss Allyce were amazing! To this day our daughter still raves about Miss Eime. Our issue started when our daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. The 3’s and pre-k teachers are not equipped to take a child that’s less than a model student. We had a behavioral specialist come to the school and work with our daughter and give the teachers some tips to work with her. Initially the teachers said they were onboard but never followed through. The student teacher ratio in the early pre k room is insane. When we picked up our daughter in the afternoon the place was a zoo. Teachers were screaming at the kids. Our daughter was an easy target for the teachers to single out as a “bad apple”. There were two teachers dismissed for questionable behavior while we were there. A student was left in the classroom when the class went outside and the teachers had no idea until they returned from the playground. The owner seems to be all about money. Hire unqualified teachers and fill the classrooms with kids they aren’t prepared to handle. Ultimately our daughter was dismissed for behavior. She’s thriving now at a new school with a small teacher to student ratio. We were sad to leave because as I mentioned some of the staff were great, but that’s what happens when the owner wants to turn a buck.

If you’re looking for a place that’s like a family where the teachers love your kiddos the way you do, where the teachers are enriched with the tools needed to teach the students, where they are prepared and learn so much, where from the admin to the teachers everyone knows you by name, they care for you and communicate well, then this is the place for you! My son went at 10 weeks through Pre-K. He was completely ready for Kindergarten. My daughter has been there since 10 months and is now about to be 2. We love the Primrose family!

Our kid is in the toddler classroom. Her teachers does an amazing job with her and the other children. We love this location. Everyone is nice! I wished we would've chose her sooner.

The staff and teachers have done an excellent job with caring for our son. Everyone has been so attentive and great. Our son is always happy to see his teachers and we are thankful for all the knowledge he has gained. We can’t wait to see his growth throughout the remaining years.

Primrose was a second family to us and our sweet boys. Finding a place that can provide safety, creativity, fun, learning and so many more things is difficult, and I felt truly grateful for the admin staff, teachers and friends we made during our 3.5 years here. The curriculum was great and it was fun to hear about all of the things my kids were learning every day. I also really appreciated the updates through the app so that we could follow along with some of the larger curriculum at home.When covid-19 sparked, Primrose was able to adapt quickly and remained open the entire time with minimal cases. There was so much unknown but it was such a relief knowing they were taking extra precautions in keeping the students safe and healthy while informing the parents every step of the way. I also appreciated how responsive they were to any concerns I expressed relating to Covid and anything else that popped up.Our boys just started Kindergarten but still ask to go back and visit all of their favorite teachers and staff.
