I just wanted to show appreciation to the staff this morning. My key to my car died and it’s sooo cold that I couldn’t change my battery so I asked them if I could sit in their office while I changed my key battery. Without hesitation they welcomed me in and let me handle my key battery. Thank you to the two women inside!

I came to Dallas for an event a couple of weeks ago and a partner of mine had used Print Pointe for some last-minute printing. The quality came in great and the cost was very competitive. As a result, when I came back to town the next week and needed more brochures, I reached out to them again. They were able to get my order together and delivered to my hotel in great time. Unfortunately, the package was lost by the hotel when I arrived. I called when I returned home to track things down and we determined this was an issue with the hotel. Nevertheless, there was a genuine offer for Print Pointe to adjust my cost due to the mishap even though it was the hotel's fault. I'm impressed!If you need printing services taken care of, trust these people!***A quick add to this message - Leah was the person who was helping me. Normally, I don't like to call out a name on Yelp, but she's just awesome. :D
