If possible, I would truly rate Print World a 3.5/5. I worked with them in 2023 for my wedding save the dates and invitations.
I met with Amy several times and she was direct and knowledgeable. I ran into issues with their designer and had to trade emails A LOT more than necessary. I work with creatives in my day-to-day job and will admit that I'm particular, but there were many times that the designer was sloppy and overlooked obvious spacing/spelling errors and made undesirable creative choices that I had to nitpick and point out time and time again.
When my invitations were prepared, I also experienced smudged invites and printing issues (some of my pieces had text on both sides when it was just supposed to be one-sided) which created unnecessary stress.
I chose Print World because they're affordable but many times regretted it due to the amount of time I had to spend re-directing the designer. I met with another vendor about a different printed item for my wedding and the designer was very detail oriented and efficient - which wasn't my experience with the designer at Print World.
It became apparent to me that I should've worked with a vendor who specialized in the wedding industry to receive the level of quality and care that I required, even though it would've been more pricey.
However, I do appreciate the kindness of Kelli at the front and Amy for guiding me throughout the process. I will definitely utilize them for quick/simple printing needs in the future, but will leave the more complex items to other local vendors.

I had an idea that I shared with Kelli and she stated they could come up with something to make my idea live. Well, it was live for a wedding and on time. They made it work!! So, I thank you very much.
I have drop the stars due to an issue we are trying to work out. I will jump to five once they connect me back with a resolution.

My wedding invitation proof was sent over via email in PDF form like requested. Image didn’t print out how the image was supposed to look. Company refused to reprint invitations without charging me the full price for some more even though the prints looked different from what was sent.

I was there yesterday. I worked with a nice lady called Kelly. Service was inexpensive, great and quick. I would definitely be back. Stop reading this review and go print.. It’s worth every penny and quality is top notch.

We used Print World for our save the dates, invitations and many miscellaneous items for our wedding day including welcome sign, koozies and paper fans (outdoor wedding). Everything turned out perfect! They were very responsive and willing to work with my requests to make things exactly how I imagined. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough amazing things about PrintWorld! I worked with Amy on all my paper and signage needs for my wedding and she was absolutely incredible. Everything was perfect and the designs came out beautifully. The communication was quick and efficient and each person I interacted with was professional and kind. We had our wedding invitations made at Print World and it was a terrible experience. Here are a few things that happened that you wouldn’t expect from a business with a 5 star rating on Google:- poor attention to detail: we had multiple back and forths about small things you wouldn’t think you’d be telling a professional designer as a client. From the address being incorrect to the text not being centered. We went through it all.- a request to add 2 foil lines on the invites turned out to be more expensive than the purchase of the paper we used + printing black ink on it. The explanation for the surge in price didn’t make any sense.- the lady we were working with; our only person of contact, left for vacation without even letting us know.- they missed our deadline.If I had to do this again, I wouldn’t go with Print World.

You NEED to work with Print World! They were incredible! Amy was so generous with her time and creativity and made our vision for everything come to life!! I cannot thank her and her team enough for all they did for our big day! Our wedding ended up falling on one of the snowstorm weekends and I was panicking that we wouldn’t be able to get everything done—Print World went above and BEYOND to make sure we had everything we needed! They are quick to respond and very professional. I can’t wait to work with them again for our other paper needs!
