Tina at the 1001 W. Beach street Store was an outstanding service to her employer. She used proper etiquette in a personable, professional manner. Ever time I went to the office to speak with management, she far and beyond was caring in her mannerisms and showed no judgement, like the Saturday girl did. I enjoyed meeting with her and am sorry, will not see her again.

Nobody’s ever on location impossible to contact because they never answer the phone when you call corporate the forward you to the same number that they can’t answer. Incompetence at its finest.

Kristin thank you so very much everytime i have come up here with issues with payment issues and not understanding all the little fees that jus compound she took the time to explain it and break it down even though she might not have been on duty she is always on point with her tenants and at this point i came up here ready to take my stuff and leave all the hidden compounding fees but when i walked thru the door and seen her she didnt even have to convince me to stay her amazing attitude is exactly why im staying kristin keep doin what ur doin its awesome

The seals between the roof and walls fell off/ out a few years ago. I reported it and the lady said it's supposed to be that way because it's a corrugated roof and it has an overhang( 2 inches maybe?) That does absolutely nothing to keep our driving rain or critters. So rain has ruined several antique etegeres and armoires that we're stored and now have to put out rodent poison to keep them from eating everything else. Pricing started out at a little under $200 as we've the biggest unit. Over the last 3 years it has increased to well over $500! It's not climate controlled and they don't seem to give a damn that it's open to the elements for that price.. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!

My experience was awesome the lady working had good customer service , explained everything so I could understand . Read everything to me and gave me instructions how to get to my storage.

Great experience Jennifer the management lady helped me with the gate answered all my questions and was patient with my husband who wanted to see about getting another unit so we would have three at this property. we know we can trust that Jennifer and the rest of the staff are always looking out and keeping the storage is safe and clean!
