I see poor reviews here, but they are older also. I have had a fine experience here. I started out with one unit and realized not long into the load that it would be insufficient. I talked to the manager, Justin, and he helped me into a larger unit and we canceled the smaller one once i got emptied. Justin does roam the lot and not just sit at the office. He will ask if you need anything and if everything is OK. He also does recognize the neighborhood issues and is concerned about the security of the lot. I've used a number of storages over the years, and I would rate this one as the best, mainly because of Justin's interest in his position. The units I saw were in good condition, doors and latches all were in operational condition. I feel good having my stuff here as long as he is in charge.
