I only stored my stuff here for a short time, but the manager, Cris was very helpful. And the machine there that you rent at and pay at is really neat. I know I'll be back if I ever meed to store my stuff again.

This has been the most frustrating ,unethical ,financially detrimental, borderline illegal, insulting ,and overall terrible experience I’ve ever had with ,not just a storage facility but , any company in my life. The details I will not go into based on the fact that I’ve had to over 30 times with absolutely zero resolve. I will be seeking legal representation and I have no doubt that the result of the complete dismissal of the wrong doing that I’ve dealt with and the damage that has been done to my family via the lack of care in any form will be compensated to it’s maximum potential.

Online, I notice that the extra large storage, 10x35 was a $1 for first month so I completed the storage rental online. I read some of the reviews so felt a little comfortable. However, my first mistake was not going to the location to look around. I saw the price and got excited. We moved from a 3 bedroom with 2 garages. We had a 17ft and 26ft truck and it was very challenging to maneuver through because the roadway/pathway isn’t wide enough to accommodate large trucks. It took 30 mins for the movers to get through with the 26 ft truck because again the turns are so tight. AND the storage had an odor but because I had the movers there, I didn’t have time to change units nor storage location. I only need it for a month so I’m just going to trust that my things are good. I’m not sure why this location has large storage units available to rent when it doesn’t have the capacity to get big trucks through effortlessly.

Self service storage worked great for me. Best prices on storage units. And they are located all over Fort Worth. Which is very convenient,very clean.

Look, The People that work here are awesome. However, don't get trapped here. I have been storing my stuff here for a year. The rent for the unit has went up twice. On a 10x15 I am now paying 200.00 a month. Might not be much to you but that's a hell of a lot more. Than it was when I first got the unit. I will be out of the unit this month. Bidenonmics and PS can take someone else's money.

This location is not layed out well or friendly for bigger vehicles. The aisles are very narrow, and the corners are entirely too tight to maneuver moving trucks, or trailers around them. There is a garbage dumpster poorly placed by the entrance/exit taking up precious turning space. The ground is steep causing low vehicles to scrape or even bottom out; especially pulling into or out of the street. Would not recommend this location as management is not around to answer questions or help with concerns.

These folks make it easy. I rented a unit all on line. Downloaded the app and viola! The gate opens with the app and you go straight to your unit. Great system
