Move your stuff here if you want it stolen. I had 2 break ins to my unit over 3 months, the first was because the front gate was broken/wide open and the staff did not prioritize fixing. I asked for cameras to be installed and this request was ignored. Unit was broken into again 3 months later. I did receive an insurance settlement but not enough to cover all losses. Very very disappointed. I moved out yesterday and will not be using Public Storage facilities ever again. Seriously, I’m telling all my friends not to use Public storage either. My experience with the company has been worse than literally any other company in my life

By far the worst company to do business with. They raise your rent every 6 months 30-40%. Then if you want a second unit and make a reservation they say they can’t honor the reservation because you are an existing customer. Then charge almost double the agreed upon price.

Tina is the best. I rented a unit and she went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this storage unit mostly because of Tina.

If I could leave less than a star! This is ridiculous that I was trying to leave the storage place along with 6 other vehicles at 6:03 and could not get out of the gate! Every single person tried their codes and it would not open. It took over 15 minutes just to get someone on the phone at customer service then another 25 minutes her trying to open it only to have to call the fire department!! You need a better system on things like this!!! Or not to close down the entire system less than 5 minutes after 6:00!!! If it was not such an inconvenience to move everything out of my storage into a different facility. Very very unhappy!
