Needed to transfer units. Erin was amazingly helpful!! Great customer focus, friendly and knowledge about what would work for our needs. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend this location.

I have been a loyal customer for the last four years, always paying on time and never having any issues. However, I recently received a move-out notice for my unit, which I had paid for and left unlocked intentionally. I did not inform the office in person or online that I was moving out, as I was still using the unit. I received a phone call from them earlier today where they threatened to send my account to collections if I did not pay the balance, but they hung up on me after I asked them to wait for a moment. I called back several times, but no one answered. I disputed the charge with my bank, as I felt that I was unfairly removed from accessing my unit. I’ve been trying to see where it is required for me to leave a lock on the unit or they’ll remove my access. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they have treated me, a long-term customer who never caused any trouble.

Thank you so much Melanie!!!! You don’t know how much you save me time and a lot of work. I had off load my whole car and got in to the building. And realized I had forgotten my key!!! So happy Melanie came along because I shared how I’m a dumb dumb and forgot my key. And she offered to keep my stuff in this storage room. So didn’t have to load and unload my car again. Thank you again!! Best service!

This was my first time renting a storage unit and was unsure of what size I needed. Luckily Melanie and Sonya were there to help me! They were extremely helpful and had some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time.

The young lady that was working Friday 8/18/23 Was very friendly and attentive to me as s customer. I have had the pleasure of meeting her when I first rented the storage out. Which has been a year ago. She is ALWAYS friendly service with a smile. ?

This place was great.... not so much anymore. I rent a spot with my roomate. Everything was fine for months. One day we come in to our unit and my whole hallway smells like a litterbox. I'm gagging by the time I open my unit and it absolutely reeks coming from the unit next door.Apparently the solution to stinky neighbors is to force us to pay extra to transfer all our belongings to a new unit and we only get a day to do so...Maybe don't come here if you don't want anything fabric you own to smell like cat pee pee and poo poo. Allegedly management can't smell it and doesn't care?

Our family has 3 units in Avondale, Tx (10x10, 10x20, 10,10) and I am a disabled Vet. After 4 months the rate went up 32%, 20% & 57% and at month 13 the rates were up 66%, 31% & 73% respectively. My app to access the will not work to open the gate even after reinstalling it multiple times and the company disabled app access to leave the building forcing customers to get out of the car and manually key in their access codes. The Public Storage contract to get a unit states, rates are month to month and can be adjusted. Their internet price will get you to do the work to move into the unit then jack the price up knowing it is a royal pain to move again. When you call to complain about the rates, they will tell you market conditions will dictate the rate. There are lots of empty units in my building. Maybe we should be buying their stock since squeezing every last cent they can get is THE Public Storage business practice.

ZERO STARS! They charge what they want. They never answer your questions. You always have to leave a voicemail. they raised the price of my unit $82. Thats pretty ridiculous. Price gouging for sure. Look elsewhere unless you want to pay rent like it's for an apt.

Dear Public storage tehama ridge fort worth, corporate and all customers...When I reserved my unit it says to hurry since there are 2 left, and said I can reserve them with NO OBLIGATION, but then you called me inisting I pay you money to hold the units for me, which was the complete opposite of everything stated on your website.By not keeping my reservation when your website says ALL OVER IT that there is no obligation to my reservation you have committed fraud, I will be exposing your fraud fully and also will be opening a better business bureau case based on this fraud. You cannot accept reservations saying no obligation then when you have other customers cancel the reservation requiring an obligation thats LITERALLY FRAUD!!!!DO NOT RESERVE UNITS HERE THEY WILL CANCEL THEM AGAINST THEIR OWN PROMISES ABOUT NO OBLIGATION REQUIRED.

They shouldn't be in business. You can't ever get in touch with them even if you leave 50 messages. They won't call you back. I guess they never come to the office. It is just impossible to get them. They went up on all the storages. I could get call backs from Shurgard. They were alot better.

Every single time I go into the lobby at this location, Melanie is always there to help with anything I need. The customer service is great and this place is much more cleaner than the storage location I came from before. Been here since 2021 and I don’t see myself changing locations.
