Customer service at the front desk by Kimberly and Chris is disgusting..call center dont solve nothing,chat live at the app isn't able,,so my Christmas presents were stolen and I have to wait after Christmas for the manager get back at the store,

If I could give zero stars, I would. This entire experience has been one problem after another, and the lack of accountability at this company is unbelievable.
I moved from one location to another because no one bothered to show up for my 9 AM appointment on the day I was supposed to move. Completely unacceptable. The ONLY reason I didn’t walk away entirely was because Raven stepped in and was actually helpful and kind — something the rest of this company seems to struggle with.
At the new location, I made it VERY clear that I needed a unit with good lighting because I’m a reseller. Instead, I was assigned a unit that looked like a dark cave. I had no choice but to upgrade and spend almost double just to get into a usable space. Their mistake — my bill.
Then it got worse. One of the workers (Kristy, I think? Maybe Kim?) came by my unit, TURNED OFF MY LIGHT while I was inside, and then abruptly told me I “can’t have the door shut.” After she walked away, leaving me in the dark, I opened the door so I could turn the light back on, and she snapped at me that I “can’t loiter.” I don’t loiter — I come in, take my pictures, and leave. Before I signed anything I made this all very clear, hence the need for light. But apparently, doing anything other than dropping boxes and running is a problem here.
** Loitering: Standing or lingering in a public place without a clear purpose, often in a way that may be considered suspicious or disruptive. 👀
I pulled my door down slightly — NOT closed — and she literally yelled at me again that I “can’t have the door closed.” Completely uncalled for. It felt more like harassment than “policy.”
The carts? All broken.
The district manager? Didn’t care about anything that happened at either location.
When I asked what would happen if I canceled the same day — after being there for only an hour — I was told I’d lose every dollar I just paid. THEIR mistake, MY cost.
And yes, I even had to purchase 24-hour access just so I could go to my unit without being bothered or feeling like I might be harassed. That alone says everything.
This place charges premium prices for bottom-of-the-barrel customer service and zero professionalism.
Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.
The only person who deserves credit is Raven — she’s the one competent, respectful person I dealt with.

I was looking for a storage facility that I will be able to keep my daughter's things before she has to go to Atlanta for school. The young lady who helped me with the very many questions about the facility was Neci. She was just so adorable and she said that she had just received the new position of property manager and was looking forward to working with my husband and I. The prices were explained as well as all of the ins and outs. This was the first time I had a customer service experience that was so impressive and informative. Thanks again Neci for your time and patience. Would definitely recommend your location to friends.

I’ve visited several locations in the past, Neci runs a clean and efficient property. Definitely one of the best in the business. Very knowledgeable and keeps a noticeably clean property compared to others. Highly recommend property and manager!
