The only positive thing about this place is the fact that it's always clean. Unfortunately, there is more bad than good. The elevator must've been installed by someone who never learned numbers, as the floors do not line up with the numbered buttons, so they've put labels on them for the actual floor numbers. There's only two flatbed carts available at any given time, which are often already in use when I arrive. Never an employee anywhere in sight to ask for help, you'd just have to assume this place runs itself.

I came to get a storage unit because I just got a new apartment and these ladies were absolutely insanely disrespectful. they were telling me there was nothing they would do for me. And just completely cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. Absolutely disrespectful!

I went to this location and there customer service was absolutely unacceptable and i could not believe how filthy there floors and walls were i saw a dead rat with maggots on the floor someone needs to get Public Health Services right away and not to mention the Literal skid marks on the walls absolutely disgusting
