Terrible customer service. No one is ever in the office thus no one ever answers the phone, the app has bugs and rarely works, and they only had two carts for over 1,000 units? Really? It took me 4 hours to unload my items due to a lack of carts during business hours. Oh, and they have a problem with bugs. I had spiders and beetles all over my things. I’ve been a loyal customer dealing with the poor service issues for 5 years. It was worth putting up with when you’ve got a good price, well that does not last long. They hike that price on you too! Over time, it actually costs less to move out and go somewhere else. They’ve lost my business forever.
