Almost every time I come through one of the elements does not work. Today the side spot free rinse sprayers did not work. Staff doesn’t seem to care when I inform them of issues and offer no resolution other than to go to one of their other locations that is newer.
Update 9.12.24: Last time through, witness cycle still didn’t work, left car soapy. Today, car wash is closed/entry blocked off at 9:00am.

Always closed on Sunny days mid afternoon. Going to cancel my membership. Too many other car wash options in the area.

You call to speak to some, they don’t return your call, I’ve called around 2 weeks ago, still not received a call back, I cancelled my membership, they emailed a (sorry to see you go anything we can do to help), so I asked for someone to call me back, concerning a refund I have not received yet. I’ve emailed 3 times, 2 last week and one about an hour ago. Not really good customer service. Have emailed, but no response, you all tell everyone who’s had a problem with Caliber, ( sorry to hear about your bad experience, email us, and you all say, what can we do, to make things better.
First of all, you can refund me, my funds, you all withdrew from my Bank, when I had cancelled my membership.
