I had two Sony portable reel-to-reel tape recorders from the mid-sixties that needed repair. John was just the person for the job.One recorder had audio issues and the other had tape transport problems. John was very thorough in his repairs, saved all the old parts to show me what he had replaced, and offered a warranty on his work.His repair prices were very reasonable, and I know for a fact he lost money on the deal, because he spent way more hours doing the work than what I paid him for.This guy is the real deal. He knows what he is doing, and doesn't charge you a bunch extra for unnecessary things. He's a real old-fashioned troubleshooter that knows all the tricks to fix things.

John's knowledge and experience regarding electronics is outstanding! I understand that his business is in quality audio visual services but his knowledge comes from experience & passion in everything! I was referred to John to restore an old record player that was passed down to me by my grandfather. I have talked to many people about it & was finally referred to John Pierce's store to take a look at it. His knowledge about electronics runs deep and I would recommend his business to anyone because of this!

John is a wonderful guy with great products! I found his company through his son Jonathan and I am so glad I did! I was planning a large party for work last minutes and we needed a projector and screen to play a movie as a background. John explained every piece of technology, helped me set it up in the store and gave suggestions to achieve the best picture. It was a huge hit and I am so thankful for John's amazing hospitality! Thank you job for representing wonderful customer service!
