This was the most poorly experience I have ever had. Checked in on the kiosk, I was walk in so at about 9am I took the next available appointment for 12:10. System stated I would be texted so I waited aprox an hr with no problem or concern and then just waited outside for my text, which I never received. I came back in to check my status and was given the most poor and rude explanation. After 30 min wait I asked to understand how they were calling people AGAIN an explanation which made completely no sense. Now I'm at 1hr 30min and just giving up concerned over the treatment I might receive when I do get called.
I would strongly recommend a different Quest location if you want decent treatment.

this woman left cuz she was there waiting 50 minutes before work because they had lost her blood yesterday. and then today they forgot to call her so she had to leave. for me I came in early as a walk-in even though I had an appointment. at 10:00 they said it locked me in till noon so they want you to sit there till noon so don't do that. this place has no efficiency or common sense and apparently they don't know how to hold on to stuff so be very careful of this specific location it's kind of loopy. if an appointment checks in early you should work them in it's common Sense who's running these places

This is the most incompetent location I have ever been to. Do not recommend. Have to go back for redraws, and they can’t even keep appointments on time. Waited 30 minutes after I checked in early for an appointment to be told they can’t find me.

Karen did the blood draw with my 13 yr old son, Beau. At first she did not see his name with Dr orders. We figured out his DOB was incorrect and she fixed it. Karen was patient, extremely calm, and very gentle. Beau said “the needle did not even hurt”! She was funny, friendly and did an amazing job!

The Overton Park folks are absolutely great. Better than any other Quest location.

They were absolutely packed on the day I went as a walk-in, but the staff was very kind. They ended up helping me even though they had no availability which I really appreciated! I do wish they had like a counter staff or something, but they seem to be doing the best they can with what they have available.

I waited for 45 minutes to do fasting bloodwork and was then told that they couldn't take me because I didn't have an appointment. I told them that I need bloodwork for Monday but because of my job, I can only do it on Saturdays. They were not willing to work with me. Bad customer service!

I've been coming to the Quest located at 5500 Overton Ridge Blvd in Fort Worth for several years and the service has only gotten better. The techs are very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a hard stick and they all have gotten familiar with me. I highly recommend Quest Diagnostics.

Today was the second time in as many visits that I arrived at this location and the facility was closed. Today, it was due to an electrical problem. While problems can pop up, Quest’s handling of the situation is entirely unacceptable. I made this appointment a couple of days ago and planned my day around this visit - just like the first time. While Quest is keen on reminding clients of their appointments so it makes Quest’s work flow smoothly, Quest is totally remiss on alerting clients of closures or the need to reschedule so clients can better manage their own days. Both times, I drive to the appointment before learning that the office was closed. Both times I then drove to another location just to learn that it would be hours before I could have lab work performed. Argh! While the phlebotomists are generally great, the system that they work in sucks. I really dislike Quest. I’m going to investigate other options in the future.

It’s impossible to talk to a real person. Scheduling an appointment was difficult and left me uncertain whether I had an appointment scheduled or not. No one to talk to about it
