I ask for my results on the app and still don’t receive any response. Then the guy that took my blood work (from India) wasn’t helpful. I ask him to send by mail my results to my physician, he told me to create an account on the stupid App… and this happened (see attachment) 2 weeks and waiting… very unprofessional.

As you enter there is no signage outside that I could see to indicate there is a quest diagnostics inside the building. You have to park in the back & it wasn’t even mentioned on the elevator list. Once you get inside it’s on the first floor at the back, not too hard to find once you’re inside. They don’t have human check in, so I had no idea if they had received my lab order, no confirmation I could find online, so I didn’t make an appointment hoping I could go ask, but there was no one to ask, just a machine that lets you check in, so I had to blindly check in without knowing if they had received the order. After waiting an hour I got in the back and the lab tech found the order after some questions, and the blood draw was pretty quick. It hurt but I know I’m sensitive, I’ve only had one blood draw in my life that didn’t hurt. Overall decent facility, lobby, nice enough staff once you finally are allowed to talk to someone, but not the greatest experience. I’ll probably go somewhere else in the future.

Difficult place to get into and the woman that took my blood was so aggressive that it was actually painful getting my blood drawn. She left a huge bruise on my arm for about a week.

I don’t write reviews that often, but I just have to say that I had the greatest experience today getting my blood drawn. I was in and out within 5 minutes after they called my name. The lady who took my blood did it so quickly and painless, and was able to find a vein on the arm that no one ever can. I had already gotten blood drawn twice this past week and my other arm sore so she made this experience very pleasant. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. But I’m sure if you look me up in the system you guys can see who it was. She was awesome.

Easy in, easy out. Made an appt online and only waited about 8 minutes to be seen. Super efficient service and friendly staff. Can't ask for much else. Also, a clean facility

The lab technician was rude and condescending. It seemed to annoy her that my doctor had me under my middle name and the insurance company had me under my first name. I have grown accustom to it causing some confusion at times, but is does not usually frustrate office staff. They do not usually lecture me.
I was told I would need to pay nearly $600 dollars for my lab work....she did not explain they could file with my secondary insurance for the balance and I would not actually be out of pocket that much. I told her I needed to find out what was going on and would come back another time...she just said ok...did not try to help me figure it out, call my insurance company, or work with me at all. I will go to LabCorp and hope they are a little more customer friendly.

Clean and fresh atmosphere, professional but very friendly and nice staff. Phlebotomist was excellent, no pain and good blood flow.

My callback time was 20 minutes late and our urine samples were all in a pile together where anybody could switch a sample lit if they wanted to which I thought seemed unprofessional.

Bre, Z, and there Lead Crystal were awesome today, there was issues that arose an not on there part , but they solved it they are good at there profession and obviously with there patients. These ladies helped in Every way possible they’re wonderful ! Thank you.
