The technician who withdrew blood was awesome! Very friendly and welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. Hope to see more like him, it's definitely needed and always good to see a smiling face.

Tried to call 40 minutes out of town to make appointment and no one answered. Signed in as a walk in after I arrived and their sign said “0 being treated” 2 others walked in 10 minutes after me and signed in with appointments. None of us were called in for the next 10 minutes until someone knocked on the door trying to deliver food to the wrong address and I guess they looked at the waiting room. Came for a simple drug screen and nothing else. Left after 1 hour. And just scheduled at a different quest. No initiative from staff. All extremely lazy.

The lady that works there very rude and disrespectful. Showing rude behavior and attitude. People that work in Healthcare should be nice respectful. If you hate your job then quit!

Ended up heading to the wrong facility for an employment drug test. Thankfully the staff found the corresponding information in the computer for their sister location and still allowed me to perform the necessary procedure. To my surprise, my two o'clock appointment started right on time. Since I was a few minutes early, there was a little wait time. In addition, the staff was very friendly and professional. The building and office both looked clean and inviting. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience even though it was a comedy of errors on my part. (The Quest Diagnotics location near my residence was closed due to some kind of emergency. I visited the one on Montgomery and was glad to have done so. I may use this location from now on.)

Appointments won’t be called in on time. They also accept walk-ins. Be prepared to waste like an hour or so despite booking an appointment and entering all your insurance info. Worse place

Came in as a walk in and the ck in gave me apt. As I was sitting her for a hr other people came in and tried to do walk ins and it was giving them appointments. The lady came out to call someone that had a appointment, and nobody was there but me! And they would not take me tell my appointment time. Does not make sense, well not be coming back to this one. The lady was very rude.

Nyesha was by and large one of the most professional and helpful people I had the joy of interacting with. I know how difficult it can be to work with people and especially when it comes to the medical field. I am so grateful to have been on the receiving end of her kindness and patience as she helped me figure out a solution to my tricky situation. She seriously deserves a raise. Thank you, Nyesha!

First time coming to this location for labs and had the best experience!I got in and out fast. The phlebotomist was very kind and experienced so the process was relatively pain free!I'll definitely come back to this location again if I ever needs labwork done in the future.

I set an appointment for 8:10 am and checked in on the tablet. I put my insurance card and ID and checked that I had an appointment. 5 people went before me and I asked what was going on. I was told that I was checked in as a walk in. When I got back there I gave the person my paper and she couldn't read it and said she would need to call the doctors office. She finally listened when I told her I had a copy of the orders on my phone that could be seen better. But I was turned away because I owed a balance of $11.08 and I only had cash to pay for it, which i was told they could not accept. I set an appointment at another location and had no issues, but I had to drive further when it is freezing rain outside. I was told they should have bypassed the about I owed especially with inclement weather.
