Porscha was the phlebotomist and was awesome. One of the tests was not in the computer. She called the Dr office to get an order. She was very patient, pleasant and professional. I really appreciated her.

I have read a lot of mixed reviews here about this location. I took my daughter last week and was unable to get an appt within the time I needed her blood work completed. We took a chance went right when they opened and signed in as a walk in appt. It was a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. I was actually happy about that because they were busy with appts as soon as they opened their doors. I was prepared to have to come back another day. We sat to wait. The waiting area was very clean, staff seemed to be very professional as I watched them call people back and help with any confusion on appointments. My daughter was called back early and we were seen by 8:30. We got lucky but I was very happy with the efficiency of how they were running things. My daughter is special needs and while she does well with blood work she still struggles some. The nurse working with her was so sweet and talked with my daughter and was very personable with her. I wish I would have gotten her name. When my daughter started reaching up at her arm as she was starting the butterfly she quickly advised me of what I needed to do to help while remaining calm and so patient. Overall the appt was great and we will return in the future for any lab work needed. I’m sure they have their days where things may not run as smooth, but I just didn’t experience or see any of what the negative reviews had to say!

I have visit this location twice and each experience was great. They are very kind and very patient. I was experiencing some nervousness and the lab tech cleverly had a conversation with me to keep me calm. Appreciate you all smiling at eye contact made it very friendly environment and experience for me.

The nurse was extremely friendly and proficient at her task. I asked her about her child, as she had artwork from her girl on the wall. It was a pleasant diversion.

Just had my 1st appointment there and the reviews gave me pause about using this location. Everything was quick and would’ve been quicker if it wasn’t for me. The place is clean, maybe kinda dated but clean. The “box fans” are actually tower fans and are clean and quiet. The staff was professional and Ms.Jennifer went above and beyond to help me but I also witnessed her helping other staff members like it was nothing. She definitely has to be the momma bear of them all. Definitely will be back for any future labs!

The lady who drew my labs was very sweet! I can't remember her name, but I was there October 8th at noon at the Boat Club location in Fort Worth, Texas. Every time I visit this location it's the same service with different lab tech. Thanks for being consistent!

The staff was very proficient and efficient. From the time I indicated my arrival to the time service was completed, I did not spend 10 minutes at the place.

The ladies here are always pleasant and they get me on the 1st stick! That makes me very happy!! I'm a "Hard" stick for most people and it takes them a number of times!
