Poor Customer Service! They argued with a lady for like 20 minutes issues with billing. All staff stoped taking patients and we all paid the price for it. Never going to this location again. I should have looked at their review. Unprofessional staff

The VA/ QTC scheduled a blood draw at quest diagnostics. QTC emailed AND faxed forms to Quest on 2/13/25. I went to quest on heritage trace at 350 pm. Staff said they couldn’t find the fax and it could take 24-48 hours to upload. They told me to get the blood draw order emailed to me or email them at a provided Quest email. QTC said theyve faxed cant email me due to hippa but reassured me they sent quest an email and fax. I left Quest bc they close at 415. On 2/14/25 I went again at 350. Same thing happened and I left again. One 2/15/25 at 830ish I went to the Beach Street location. The staff informed me they didnt see any fax or email. They also said I should just ask QTC to email me. I ended up leaving without any luck. The staff is kind but the Quest server sincerely needs an upgrade. Im furious. The VA wont move forward for my claims without me literally giving them my blood that Im unable to provide. Yall suck Quest. Give your staff a better server to work with.

The environment was hostile for some of the patients
. Walked in and it was a big argument. Going on in the back, not sure how it all started but it was very uncomfortable.

automatic, self-serviced reception, felt just like cattle. Phlebotomist must have ripped my vein, since I have a hard spot (stenosis?) and a 2.5 inch purple bruise all around. It hurts. I could add the pic of my bruised arm but, what good would it do. I guess you already get the picture.

If i could give negative stars I would. I had an appointment at 8:30am although forgot my form so I cancelled and went back home to get my form. I went back and decided to sign in as walk-in cause I had been fasting for over 12 hours so I didnt want to reschedule to another day. When i signed in it said it would be 30-60 min, not a problem I can wait. Well as I was waiting it was extremely cold everyone was complaining, the staff said the front doesnt have heat, that is unacceptable for a health organization. The thermostat in the lobby read 52 degrees. There were a couple of older ladies that were extremely cold to the point of shivering. I will never use Quest again unless that is my only option. I use LabCorp whenever I can that are clean organized, and don't treat you like a herd of cattle and the temperature has never ever been a problem.

Stay away from this Quest. Staff is extremely rude. The staff entered my insurance information wrong in my last visit and now wants to charge me.over $800. I explained the information was put in wrong and the tech wanted to argue with me and refuse to draw labs. I even tried to show what they entered wrong and she absolutely refused to listen.

Very unfriendly employees, I forgot a form that need to be completed by the nurse for my job, they gave me hard time because the form was not in the system and asked me call, while calling a woman who appears to be the supervisor or manager told me to leave and call outside, the rep on the phone sent the form and told me to ask them if they received the for, asked the same lady who was very rude an stated they can't check because everybody was busy, when finally they called me, it was that same person and was rushing things and the next day I had a black and blue in the arm where the blood was taken. Very bad experience, I never go there again

By far the worst experience I’ve had for lab work . Never have I come across such low class entitlement from the employees. Really nasty people. The staff doesn’t do the company justice, at all. What a disgrace.

I have been going to this location for years. Yesterday changed everything. Never had issues with my veins, but the young ladies could not get the blood flowing. Took 3 shots at it and ended up like this.

The staff is very personable and efficient. I've been to other Quest locations in the past, and this is by far the best.
