I went through the car wash on September 24. When I came out I noticed the bumper was ripped off. I contacted the office and filed an incident report. Had to go up there three times the next week just to finally speak to a manager. I have contacted corporate numerous times with no response, this is completely unacceptable and this the worst customer experience I have ever had. I need an answer on how y'all are going to resolve this ASAP.

Management at store and corporate level are non responsive. Almost impossible to cancel membership. Some locations don’t even scrub the car with a brush upon entering wash. It’s a shame Take 5 car wash is such a disappointment when Take 5 oil change is incredible. There are way too many car wash options/companies that are great to sacrifice and deal with one this shabby. If you know better you should do better. However, you continue doing business in the same poor manner even though I’ve attempted contact with store management and corporate numerous times.And please don’t leave the same scripted response. The phone number doesn’t get you to a live agent and you don’t respond to emails.Service: Vacuuming

I would prefer to leave positive feedback but I can’t do it! I’ve had a “membership” for the Boat Club Rd location for 3 months and in that time, I’ve only had the opportunity to use the facility a handful of times. Something is always broken, first it was the vacuums, then the staff have been instructed to not scrub the front and back of the car! How else do you remove the bugs? The last straw was the entire facility was down. The cost is $27 a month! Much more than I paid when it was a Katie’s car wash. The staff are nice and apologetic, and I feel bad complaining to them! They don’t get paid enough to put up with the backlash! The manager or whoever is in charge of that facility needs to be on location and talk to every customer that is not happy with the service! And deal with the backlash! I’ve called the customer service line and sent an email through the website, only received an auto response! So here is the worst review I’ve ever left! Please do better…**update: I called the number listed in the response. the phones are out of order due to maintenance! LOL! are you kidding me! How Ironic! also I went to the website and received an automatic response to my request. **

First time coming back here since they changed the name. Would have gave it 4stars due to the wash I selected did not do tire shine on the tires. But the wash was amazing. However I rate it 5stars because a young man came back and hand shined my tires. Truly appreciated it.

I have been going to this car wash for 2 years. It was good under old management and now it's not. I rarely get all of the details in my package. I also tried canceling my membership three times and they still continue to charge me monthly. Even when I called corporate. Just not a fan of this take 5.

Mixed feelings about this place. It’s convenient for me, and they send me coupons which in the past I’ve used the coupon with no problem.Today, however the cashier says if I give her a good review and mention her name, Angie, that I can get a free wash. There’s a line behind me and this process would take too long so I say can I just use the $5 coupon and she says only if I have cash because something is broken. Makes no sense— so I say can I just get a regular wash and pay with my card. So that’s what happened. I’m not trying to play games, I just want to get my car washed.This franchise pushes hard on the monthly unlimited wash subscription model, which I’m not a fan of because I think it wears down your car paint faster. I’m not an expert by any means, but it seems that constant scrubbing would wear away at your top coat.I wasn’t going to post a review, but I was prompted so here you go.

Great place for a car wash. Great service. They evenhave the glass and interiors sprays to help if you dont have any. And if your car is funky, they give free fresheners, yup. I know. You like free stiff too.. Xavier was high energy and greeted me with a smile. I come here regularly. Whether its North Fort Worth, Mid city areas or Dallas. Great sservices.i recommend 10 out of 10.Services: Polishing

This is the second day in a row I've been to Take 5 and Texas. This location transits air tanks and has air chucks/blowers to blow off the mirrors after you're done with your wash long with a full detail section that has clean and fresh Rags that don't stink. The vacuums have great suction and the hoses are unclogged. I showed up at 8 and they were all ready to rock and roll so I was very pleased. I will be back! Thank you all for such a wonderful service and scrubbing off my car before the wash. Y'all are awesome ?

Why isn't the lane for members ever open? The wash isn't really getting the job done. No one is out scrubbing the front and back of the cars off. Going to cancel and join with one of the many other options locally

Washes are great, service in general is good, but myself and many others have had multiple encounters with an employee with long curly hair at the Saginaw location who's known to be extremely rude. Personally I could care less, I'm just there to wash my car. But I overheard a disturbing conversation from 2 gentlemen of separate vehicles side by side at the vacuums of plans to physically harm the employee should he continue acting that way towards them. Figured I'd bring up the employees behavior as well as the conversation I overheard for safety concerns.

To start off, they lie about the prices. This place is janky.... during the wash cycle the part that is supposed to spin and come down doesnt even work so it leaves the top of your car dirty as hell. And you would think to counter act that part of the cycle they would use the bucket full of soapy water to maybe pre scrub your car but no. The people are with a straight face and dont even smile while loading you and dont spray or scrub at all before getting your car washed. And it definitely shouldn't be called take 5 if you dont have the other lane for members to go on through to skip the wait of people paying for single washes. To add on to my experience it took a good 10 f****** minutes to find a spot that the vacuum was working. The concept is nice but this was was way better before take 5 took over. And with just purchasing a membership I think id already like to look for a different wash.

They just updated this place and it looks great. I love how the line is always moving. When it comes to getting my car cleaned it’s so easy to sit back and watch it shine when the process is over. Starting from the beginning…Customer service was great! Friendly staff. Free car wash incentives and various wash options to choose from which is good when I’m budgeting. Strong vacuums the closer you are to the car wash. Decent wash considering it was free!Services: Auto detailing

Only 1 star because there's no option for 0... total lack of regard for people who would like to take advantage of a trial period only... charged $39.99 on the 30th day when told we had 30 days to cancel. Went to the location to cancel and LORENZO stated none of their car washes are CAPABLE of doing refunds and that we should have called the national hotline (which no one answers or calls back ever) to cancel at 3 weeks when there was written instructions that we had 30 days.

Worse car wash ever. Paid $20 it pretty much left it my truck looking worse or about the same. Which I could have said my concerns to the staff but they don't even look approbable.
