This morning while buying my grand kids things they needed for their lunch we had to worst customer service from a woman named Priscilla ! Unfortunately I thought she was just a regular employee. It been brought to my attention she is the store manager. If you are going to work with the public make sure you have at least customer service skills.People spend their hard working income the least you can be is mindful and courteous.?

Get coffee refills at a lot of QTs in the metroplex. This one decided that I needed to pay $7 for it and everyone else has rung me up wrong. Watched 4 people walk out without paying for drinks and they charge me triple what I have paid at others. Guess this one is making others pay for people’s theft. I’m not going back to this one.

All fine and dandy til I was waiting for my food. 10 minute wait later and I got a cold pretzel, minimum butter, minimum salt, and a not mixed and half full shake. I come here all the time and have never had anything close to the stuff I got today. I don't want anyone to get in trouble but come on.??
Edit: I went back inside and they remade the order in under 2-3 minutes and the quality was pristine! They are super nice and I just so happened to get the short stick on my order.

I have never eaten food from a QT & I recently heard how great their grilled cheese (and other) sandwiches are; so I decided to go in and get one. Stopped by this store and I was looking at premade food, not realizing there is actually a mini food cooked to order service. Not knowing what to do there was a really nice manger gal, looking like she was taking inventory of things. I asked her a question on where I order, she stopped everything she was doing and helped 'walk' me through the kiosk to order AND THEN went back and made my 2 sandwiches herself!! They were excellent & because this young manager was so helpful, QT has made a customer for life!! Thank you so much to this young lady! AND the cashier gal was so sweet & helpful too!! I am so happy this is our QT store!!! A+++

The store manager Priscilla is the most rude and disrespectful person ihave ever met. She has been treating me rudely but today was the worst. I kindly ask for my receipt because they never give it to you unless you ask for it. She proceeded to yell that the receipt was printing. My kids got scared because she had an aggressive attitude. I called the store to find out she is the store manager. I told her how she makes me feel every time, and she just said she is loud and basically she didn't care. I told her i feel she was beingracist because she doesn't do this to other people. She says she is half mexican, mind you i am not mexican so this made my point, i told her im not mexican and she says she doesnt care where im from....she apparently doesn't know not everyone that speaks spanish is mexican. After reading other comments i see she treats other latinos the same way she treats me. I dont know how they still have a store manager so disrespectful . A store where i think most of the costumers are spanish speaking and latino.

The coffee machines are horrible. When you bring it up to someone they say that is how coffee looks I ask do you drink coffee? No sir I do not. Well coffee shouldn't have half a cup of foam and burnt coffee smell. These associates and Managers don't give a damn! Someone needs to address the coffee machines and the managers running this location. If I could i would give them a 0!!!

Read all the way down to see the reason for 4 stars. I really like the QT gas stations. They all have almost the same things and you can rely on finding what you need. Besides gas, I usually get coffee and a snack. I do have a suggestion/complain, I wish they redesigned their coffee lids or provided a little "thing" to help with spills. Please see the pictures I attached. I always use my little straw to cover the drinking hole.Edit: I added one more picture with my hopeful future fix ?

There is a lady named Pricilla that is the rudest lady. She’s aggressive, makes faces, will body check you but act like she was in a hurry to pass by. I always feel so uncomfortable when she is around. Everyone else seems to be so nice. Always has a nasty attitude. She needs a new job
