Absolutely the worst quick trip experience I’ve ever encountered
Poor customer service
Extremely rude referring to the customers as dumb when they go to use the bathroom but yet this is a travel center stop if I can’t use the bathroom, I can’t spend money.
And then for the employee of Quik trip to talk about the customers and refer to customers as being dumb
I will never again patronize a quick trip
Or does that make me dumb
I think not……
I would say what would make me, ignorant, is to continue to patronize the company, in turn continuing to pay employees paychecks by my continued support of this business, which I cannot ,in good conscious do
Their employees need to consider their source of income being their dumb customers
Without customers there would be no need for their services

I called at about 4 am looking for any kind of children’s fever reducer as my young son had woken us in the night with a high temperature and I didn’t have any on hand (last flu run wiped my supply out). Not wanting to drive all around DFW at a shady time of night, I called first just to check and see if the convenience store carried anything that was safe for my son to take and Ryan was the man who answered. He went and checked out the selection for me, and greeted me just as I arrived at QT, looking haggard as parents taking care of sick littles tend to. He asked if I was the one who called about the children’s meds, and pointed out where they were. When I started looking around further he asked what else I needed and pointed out both the Gatorade section and where their new supply of pedialyte was kept. He even checked in on how I was feeling before I left the store. Overall a Godsend for a worried mom trying to find a way to care for her sick kiddo at the butt crack of dawn! Thank you again, Ryan. The rest of the team always takes good care of people when we come by but you’re for sure an excellent addition!

The new coffee variety dispensers almost never work. I don't understand why they sometimes charge 2.15 for regular coffee and other times 2.95 for the medium size.

I was with my family and we stopped to buy some wine for our Christmas party. I didn’t have my wallet because I wasn’t driving nor planning to pay for anything myself. As my family attempted to purchase the wine of course the person buying was ID, oddly enough I was asked for my id but of course I did not have it so we were refused service. A small but quite annoying inconvenience. A family member who had stayed in car was able to go in on her own and purchase our wine. So I guess a win regardless but just wanted to share in case any of yall as a couple get down to buy alcoholic beverages and happen to not have both of your ids.

I went to the counter to pay for my breakfast and drink. There was only one other customer at the counter who had spilled his coffee on the counter. I walked to the other side of the register to wait to be checked out. I realized I forgot to grab napkins so while I was waiting for them to clean the coffee up I stepped over to get napkins. I was gone all of about 5 seconds. A couple other customers had walked up and was waiting their turn. When I sat my napkins on top of my breakfast the male cashier told me there was a line and pointed to where the other 2 customers were. I said I was here waiting on u to clean the coffee up and just stepped over to get napkins. He said I had to get at the back of the line indicating I hadn't been waiting and was trying to cut in line. You can keep your food and drink I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

What is the point of a cold brew tea fountain if it never works? Whether it’s marked out of order, basically just water with no actual tea, or so dirty that the product itself never actually tastes like it’s supposed to, I can reliably say “this quick trip never has their tea.” Asking an employee for help changes nothing and all they have to offer is a coupon for a free drink that I will inevitably have to use at another location because I can never actually get the energy green tea from their fountain. I would drink their green tea every day if I could & I literally live across the highway, but I never go to this location because their fountains never fail to let me down.

Everything is excellent at this gas station they just have to maintain the pumps because they are leaking fuel and it can be dangerous
