QT has always been a good brand, but since the pandemic - whatever it is - it’s slowly gone down hill. The QT at 35W and Basswood is the worst. The store is dirty, the bathrooms are nasty and always need maintenance. I hope this isn’t a DEI failure, but management might need to be replaced.

Cody makes this the best QT in Fort Worth area, he is always friendly and efficient. He genuinely cares about making your day better. I hope y'all are aware how fantastic he is. Thank you Cody for another pleasant morning.

I was in line, 2 dark skinned males, directly cut me, and the guy behind the counter , never said a word , so I was discriminated by being a woman customer here, filled with men . This is not a qt that respects natural woman !

Stopped in for a dinner sandwich for which I had a $2 off on the app. The sandwich artist was slow and the sandwich was a bit small and not very plentiful with the toppings. Good thing I had a coupon.

Love QT. The QT on North Tarrant ruined it’s ice with the new drink center. The crushed ice used to be a 10 and now it’s a 3. Broke my ice loving heart. 💔

Ordered a blt was driving off and couldn't get the two half's apart the bacon slid out they cut through both pieces of bread but the bacon was so far and greasy it couldn't be cut

Solid stop. They have that cold drink situation on tap here. Not as huge of a fan. But its always pretty clean and is everything in need in a gas station.

The bathrooms need to be bigger or add family bathrooms because every time I stop at this one there’s always multiple moms with multiple children in the bathroom.

If you are going to open a coffee bar then make sure it’s stocked adequately. They were out of all but cold brew and I had enough to get me a cup of vanilla latte, Don’t count on QT to always have any of the coffee you want. Literally the whole bar was out except the Nitro.

If you've ever paid attention you'd notice the cashiers never say "thanks, have a nice day"..
I always hear thanks, "see you next time" or "thanks see you soon".
I Always feel like I wanna prove something or at the very least prove them wrong and be like, no you won't lol..
But lets face it, QT lives up to the name, theyre fast, they always get you in and out as quick as you come in. They have decent gas station quality food, their prices aren't like most hwy robbery stores and the most important thing they offer that is the only reason i come back is their TOP TIER (SSS-TIER) GASOLINE.. I literally wont pit anything else in my car...
But the main reason I'm coming here to post a review is because after purchasing a couple drinks a miracle happened!
One of the cashiers I see every now and then told me to have a nice day. It's surprised me so much at the time I really didn't know how to respond I kept just walking away and when it finally registered what he said I already had my hand on the door but I still I said you too.
It's all about the little things in life and a little goes a long way and I just would like to say thank you and give a little recognition to the hard-working people that have to deal with the customers we are every day.
thanks guys for all that you do up there and have to put up with! I promise your struggle does not go unnoticed, unseen or unacknowledged

I love QT and always have, but this store location has gone down hill BAD! The restrooms are nasty by lunch time and these kids you hire to work a register can't even say 'hello' or even count change back if they had too!!! I ASKED THIS YOUNG GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER 3X TIMES FOR A BAG & HE WASN'T EVEN LISTENING! THEY ACT LIKE THEY WANT PEOPLE OUT OF THERE AS FAST AS THEY CAN! SAD! The store is always a mess because they let construction workers come in there full of mud which is EVERYWHERE!! Now, three times in a row, I pull up to park in front of the store during their busiest time & you have some employee power-washing the parking lot and spraying peoples cars!!!!!!!! DO THE POWER-WASHING WHEN IT'S 3 A.M. AND NOT BUSY, OMGGGG WHY DOESN'T THAT MAKE SENSE?

Do not go here for alcohol Me and my bf both provided ids and I was going to purchase alcohol for us and he did not let me and asked for my girlfriends ids bc I was talking to my friends
bc I saw them at the store and they were in a different car
