03/17/25 9:08AM. Greeted as I walked in and the young lady at the QT kitchen made my iced coffee just the way I like it. She was very polite and helpful. I did not get any names but all the lady’s in the store were efficient and made me feel welcome.

I don't know who this new manager is here at QT White settlement Clifford St Hector is his name this guy is very rude I don't like the way he looks at customers in the way he talks about them I've seen him make fun of customers he gives people dirty looks I don't know what his problem is but that's not good for business

So I travel a lot between Texas, Springfield MO and Festus MO. Quick Trip is always a welcome sight because no matter where you stop, you can generally expect a clean store, friendly associated and good service. This store on Clifford doesn't quite meet those standards. I contacted their corporate office about some issues I had with the store. They are frequently out of fountain sodas or the machines were broke. They did respond and seems like they've made improvements. My last communication though went unanswered. I emailed to let them know that they had vagrants loitering inside late at night and it was making customers feel unsafe. I've never seen this at any other QT. Maybe they need a new manager but this store doesn't seem to maintain the same standards as other stores. There's a 7-11 right down the street. Maybe they want my business.
