BEST RACETRAC I'VE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF ENTERING!!! TOP TIER TO THE POINT OF MAKING YOU LOOK DOWN ON A QT!!! I'D JUST HAD SURGERY AT A NEARBY HOSPITAL ON MY WRIST/HAND & USED THE HANDICAPPED BATHROOM, & SAW SOMETHING THAT EVEN THE KIMBALL ART MUSEUM'S VERY UPSCALE RESTROOMS DO NOOOT HAVE..... A FULL SIZED SINK INSIDE THE ENORMOUS HANDICAPPED STALL!!!! THEN IT'S SUDDENLY MAKING YOU THINK , WHY DON'T THEY ALLLLL HAVE @ LEAST A SMALL SINK , IMAGINE IF YOU ARE WHEELCHAIR BOUND, HOW HARD IT WOULD BE TO MANEUVER AROUND THE COMMON SINK AREA ???!!?!!!?! βΏππ§π¦π―π

Samika and Caleb always got the best attitude I swear! I usually stop after work and always get prompt service and good vibes. Definitely one of my favorite gas stations

Use to be able to get something hot to eat before 4:30 am but not now recommend QT across the street they all ways have something warm to get

It's nice enough, but I literally come here 3 times a week for gas, for a few years now...and there is NEVER EVER RECEIPT TAPE AT THE PUMP! Literally have to walk in, and hopefully find a human employee (and a line) to get my receipt...EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!!
PLEASE PLEASE JUST GET EMPLOYEES TO PUT RECEIPT TAPE AT THE PUMP! Thanks

Seriously, have a point system where you can build up your points to get free stuff, when, you never give us a chance to enter our telephone number. If we asked to put the telephone number in, everybody gets an attitude about it. So I just don't get points anymore. Might as well stop coming the racetrack

Restrooms are usually clean, but prepared foods such as Hot dogs, pizza, and pretzels are almost never ready and fresh. Most they make once a day. And they won't make anything fresh. Often the employees cannot even tell you the lotto jackpot, they do not take the time to learn it and the store does not consistently post it. They do not set their own gas prices, mere matching the QT across the street, never competitive. I talk to these people daily. The current manager is more concerned stopping the employees from handing out free drinks than building a consistently stable customer base... directly bashing and harassing her employees directly in front of customers, and belittling Racetrac's rewards program in front of customers, who then habit QT across the street. Pure shame here. I drive for Uber and this location is next to home. It doesn't even try to compete. And the manager alienates. Recently, the fountain drinks had no crushed ice and no carbonation for 4 weeks strait, with no overt effort to fix the issue. This place is a waste of time. Also, I am going to laugh the day a bunch of kids drop their yogurt on the counter when the manager refuses the $1 refill. Such refusal is 100% illegal and I'll video tape it and send it to my contact at the New York Times. This place is a joke. Any time of day their 'Nathan' hotdogs is hours old or cold, and they absolutely don't steam the buns. Their employees would be fired for steaming their hot dog buns despite them advertising steam buns. This place is begging to be sued for false advertising. It is a gold mine. The manager is begging for it. She definitely isn't about customer satisfaction. In five years, the store is in the worst shape it has ever been in, purely due to management and thinking fresh hot dogs and crushed ice don't matter when both are primary concerns. Circle K has the same sized drink for half the price, and the same hot dog for the same price. Gas, cheaper. You fail. Should have kept the steamed buns. Guess you got left with nothing for a higher price. I drive for Uber. I talk to my fellow drivers. You guys failed. It will cost you. A lot. Think us rideshare drivers don't matter? We are half your business. Think I won't get gas at a place that steams their buns? I will, and I will let all my fellow drivers know: Racetrac merely sets their gas prices to match QT, who always steams their hot dog buns and always has crushed ice. You don't. You admittedly don't even try. Fail. 100%.

Normally quite clean and professional, the staff are generally friendly when they can help it. It's not perfect, especially early in the pre-dawn hours, but thats life.
Their automatic coffee machines are usually cleaned quite nicely, especially at 5AM, and while their choices of coffee fillers are quite limited, they're normally quite good, focused on what most people go for... shame about the marshmellows and the more broad range of creamers, but coffee is coffee. I come here with my crew every so often, do a quick pick-up of snacks, and get on our way to working!
As stated previously, the workers are a mixed bag. Whether you get stand-up Tom with a sense of humor, or you get Terrible Tom/Sassy Sally with a bad attitude and a glare in every look is all up to luck.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. I spent so much money in this store for several years. The employees were awesome. Then they started hiring new people. Unavoidable I know but two particularly rude employees, one of which I think may have been a second shift manager and another younger woman who worked third shift obviously did not care for me at all. Dirty looks, patronizing attitudes. I went in to get some beer and cigarettes one night and the younger one informed me that she wasn't sure, but she thought I was a customer that one of the managers saw taking something on video and that she wasn't going to serve me. I was going to argue about that but I called corporate the next day. Was told it would be handled by the area person in charge. No call back or anything. Haven't been to the store since. Wanted to see the video in question but it's not necessary. There are other stores. Will make sure a lot of people will never shop there again.
