My kids and I walk here often. I'm always pleased with the service and selection of items. I love the inexpensive fountain drinks. The frozen yogurt is good and decently priced for froyo. The toppings are fun and they don't cost extra.
The staff is nice and friendly overall.

As you can see… every single trash bin is OVERFLOWING at 8:30pm. Blame it on the staffing or blame it on the training? This is not appealing

Always busy and understaffed. Long lines. Guys are hardworking. Need more like them. Older lady doesn’t greet much just cashes you out and young lady cooking the food was busy working hard as well preparing food. Get coffee here often. Which is good.

Can't believe that I have to do this but this store sucks ,told them that they never buy enough of my beer and only have one row of natural ice but they got 8 rows of BS Bud ice that's always full but mine is always empty, at least 4 days a week someone has to go back and look for it and that sucks waiting for that cashier to finish what they are doing that has taken up to 10 min so I'll make this easy , everytime I wait , I'll make sure you get a new bad review, why not 3 rows of natural, and 5 rows of bud ice , it's not rocket science and everyone who works there know what I go through all the time at this racetrac , give me 3 row and I'll delete this review , tired of waiting on cashiers

It's 6:55pm as I write this on December 1st. I'm currently outside this location as I write. I went in for a coffee and to use the restroom. It was a mess and to use the toilet, I had to clean it with soapy water and paper towels. After finishing, I'm trying to wash my hands but the soap is coming out slow. One of the female attendants lets me know she's trying to clean the restroom. I tell her I'm washing my hands. She comes in 30 seconds later trying to clean the restroom. I'm not in a rush because I want to make sure someone else's pee is nowhere on my person. 15 seconds later, she's at the door again telling me to leave so she can do the bathroom.
I was in the restroom for two minutes before she came to the door and I was being rushed out because she couldn't do her job at 6:45 like she was supposed to. I don't usually find myself on Beach or 377 to use those RaceTrac locations, so I'll probably just use 7-11 and QT from now on. I've dumped too much money into this location since I moved to this side of town in January 2023. Can't be getting attitude as a response.
Edit: It's January 13th. I haven't been to this location since my last review December 1st. I'm using the restroom again and one of the employees tells me to hurry up and not spend all day here. I haven't been to this location for a month and a half. My bare butt had not touched the seat yet before he came in here with that bs. And RaceTrac has not bothered to reach out. So now I need to be disruptive to their ability to run their business

Hi everyone, be careful not to trust the cashier; they might be trying to scam you. I gave him $20 to buy a Red Bull that costs $5. After my purchase, he should have given me $15 in change, but instead, he only gave me $4.

Don’t let the nice interior fool you. The lady who was working at 11:56 on 10/17/24 was giving me and my cousins the hardest time imaginable. From the moment we stepped in the gas station she was already eyeballing us and she was staring even harder at me and my cousin when we were sampling the frozen yogurt like what do you have a problem with “SAMPLING”. And while me and my cousins were in the back getting drinks trying to decide what we wanted she went out of her way to walk all the way to the back and say we were “Messing Around” because we took around 7-8 minutes. And when she “Scolded” us for taking too long we decided we just wanted to pay for our stuff and get out of that place. And guess what? She made me an my cousins pay for extra like Racetrack what is this place. This Racetrack was horrible and absolutely unacceptable and mind boggling on how rude it was. Will never be going to this place ever again this was the worst experience at a gas station me and my cousins have ever had. Will never be going to this Racetrack ever again.

The lady working at 12 AM was extremely rude and disrespectful. Me and my family were at the fountain drinks (left side of the store) and the clerk goes from the complete other side of the store to tell us to stop goofing around even though we were discussing the deals for the sweet teas (mind your business lady!). She also told us that they had cameras all over the store and not even kidding she was literally talking to another customer about us and told him to go over to us (at the fountain drinks) to make sure we aren’t stealing. This is completely outrageous. Horrible customer service, horrible satisfaction and HORRIBLE amounts of respect from as soon as we entered and as soon as she left. I swear, as soon as we entered she was LASER focused on us staring. I hated my experience at this gas station. Terrible, horrible and horrendous.

Great gas station and I frequent it often and I know the management is very dialed-in and every experience has been wonderful. They have most everything you could need, every size fountain drink is $1.08 total, and their reward program is pretty cool.

They are selling E85 but noticed a difference in my car so I tested it and it came up E70 please correct this problem or u will lose alot of customers. Premium tested next

The store clerk, Linda I believe, it was at 2am I must say. She was one of the friendliest clerks I have ever had. She took the time to let me know the advantages of scanning and using my app on the regular when I come in for anything.I wish I had this information a Long time ago, but Thank You Linda. She would have shown me more but I caused a line she needed to take care of, and I must say she was smiling the whole time. She deserves to make more for her efforts as Customer service is dying and needs to be brought back to life.Side note for RACETRAC, I would be more than happy to schedule a meeting with the decision makers of this and other stores and allow me to show the benefits of allowing me in for a training sessions at each store.Rodney
