OMG THERE IS NO WAY I WILL EVER GO HERE AGAIN!! THE CLOTHS I PURCHASE HAD BEDBUGS ON THEM!!! WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER IT DIDNT SURPRISE ME SHE DIDNT WORK AT THIS FEALTH OF A STABLISHMENT NO MORE. SHE WAS THE BEST THING THAT EVER HAPPENED THERE AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL... THE STORE WAS KEPT CLEANED AND ORGANISED.

They send a LOT of SPAM. It seems some how they got a hold of my email address on 1/27. I have never had anything to do with this shop. They send 3 SPAM emails a day to me now. I have called to try to get my email removed and they are rude and unhelpful.

This staff was very helpful, after a bad experience with another Rainbow store (S. Freeway location) I came to this store and they listened and were polite. They showed sympathy and even apologized on behalf of the other store.

I gave up on Rainbow because it just hasn't been the same since they first came out, however this location, I wanted to stop by because a store next to it that I normally go to didn't have anything to my liking and I was amazed at this location!!! I walked in and immediately, the energy was bright due to the clothes. Normally, Rainbow doesn't have much anymore but this location had everything and more. 16 outfits for such an affordable price! I will definitely be back at this location. Keep up the great work.

I was there shopping yesterday none of the workers even tried to greet us or ask if we needed assistance they were just standing there talking amongst each other being very loud and unprofessional bad costumer service when I went to the service counter to pay I asked did the store take Google pay and the worker stated what is Google pay I never heard of it I have a iPhone I don't understand why that statementwas made

Yesterday, Friday 04/28/2023, around 4.30pm. l worked in to the store. I greeted the young lady who works at the store. She just ignored me completely. I greeted her again thinking she didn't here me. She ignored. So, l went in looking for the shirt to do the exchange that l came in to do. On getting to the counter the young black associate and her co-worker who is older were very rude. Laughing, ignored me completely, l asked why she was laughing and won t attend to me. The young lady started cursing and being absolutely un professional. It was a terrible experience. Have been shopping at rainbow for over 10yrs now,Boston MA. I never had this experience. This 2 cashiers needed to be retrained or something.

The clothing fabric is horrible. I always wash my clothes before I start them and the clothing was unthreading before I even wore it. But I will get leggings there that's about all
