I cannot outline how disappointed I have been with this pharmacy and their mail order service. I am forced to use them for my mail order prescription. From the beginning, my entire prescription schedule has been ignored by them, the transition into their network was poor, they do not contact you regularly to confirm delivery of your prescription, and their mail order service is complete garbage. I always give company leeway when it comes to transitioning a patient and on-boarding. However, the nightmare I experienced with the onboarding process continued right into the delivery. I had to call them to remind them that I was missing my prescription, only to be told that the prescription was not authorized, which is foolishness given the length of time I have been receiving it from them. After they fixed the issue on their back end, they then messed up the billing. When it came time to ship my meds, you would think someone would use their commonsense and realize that they are in Texas and I am in the northeast. Why would you ship important meds by the slowest USPS option possible? I am now missing my meds as they won't be delivered until I am out of the country on business. Mind you, they stupid text message and links told me the med would have been delivered 3 days ago. Instead, they mailed the meds out 3 days ago and selected the slowest USPS option to get it here. I am disgusted by their service and the level of foolishness I have had to endure by utilizing them. Since I have been forced to use them, I don't think I received my prescription ONCE on time, on my normal schedule. Now I am running out of meds and will be out of the country for a week. Luckily, my doctor was able to assist (which, I don't think they were technically supposed to do, but they understood my situation). This mail order pharmacy is complete garbage. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!

They usually call me when I have a refill. But, they didn't in March 2023. I just happen to have a little over 60 day backstock from missed doses over 5 yeart use. I called to today, Encore said no refill left. My doctor's office called to say I DO HAVE a refill left. Hmm? I asked my doctor to contact Encore.

Thank you so very very much Karen and Shawn!!!!! They are the best! They really were there and worked so hard thru out the ice storm and after, getting my medication filled!!! They are fantastic!!!

ReCept pharmacists and Professional Representative's have been able to provide straight forward,safe and legal services.i hate to see them leave the St.Louis Ft Worth,Texas Location. im Not a patient but it seems like y'all have made all transaction's clear.All paperwork was clear.All receipts and insurance transactions and credit card transactions were safe secure.everything was walked threw, in person each time I delt with ReCept. Yall even wore masks and provided me with protection during our transactions. Thank You All and God bless You All. I've done over 25 transactions. You Never said Leave us alone.You contacted me every time a prescription was ready. Y'all was always focused on your job and did it with expertise .Thank You.Thank You for focusing and being the Experts.

I am absolutely blown away by the above and beyond customer service at Recept Pharmacy, St Louis Ave location.My medications were to be delivered today and for whatever reason they weren't.I contacted their CS on FB, even though I knew everything was closed, not complaining, definitely not expecting an immediate reply, just wanting info about who to contact to find my order and get it to me.I was surprised when they responded to me, and I was blown away when they called at 8.30 pm, and really blown away with shock when they told me they would have the order here within the hour.I said I could wait until tomorrow, but they wouldn't hear of it.From their sweetheart delivery guy, to Karen and the nice professional (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) manning FB messages, I am absolutely impressed and I cannot thank you enough.I've never, and I mean never experienced customer service this outstanding. Thank you so much.

??They were having some issues / medication delivery ? and customer ?service Plan was to switch to Amazon? Pharmacy .However I’m a Mom and pop shop kind of dude.The customer service seems ????better. I ???noticed a team of pharmacist answering the phones ☎️ When I called a few weeks age They seemed patient and knowledgeable.

If I could, I would give them no stars. The service is super slow. Today I waited 10 minutes before anyone came to the counter and there were at least 8 employees in view. They filled the prescription I told them I did not need. The prescription I did need, they showed should be ready, but it wasn’t and so it would be another week before they could fill it. So, I am left without my medication for a full week. Then I waited for 10 minutes because the prescription they did have ready could not be rung up.....after 10 minutes of the lady being in the back talking to someone, I left.

Staff is rude. There is no customer service a all. Don’t waste your time find another pharmacy that cares for their customers.

I have been waiting for a call since Friday from the rx to set up a new prescription my Dr said I could only get here. Nothing has happened. I call on Tues and the lady goes oh yeah we have it ready and can ship to you by thrus. I asked why no one reached out to me and she didn't answer. I find it ridiculous that a specialty pharmacy has such poor patient care knowing the medications they provide are of much importance. Should of just went to walmart specialty. They at least keep they patient in the loop on their medication.
