they had me waiting for about 2 hours just for acrylic? and they were letting people go before me whenever they got here after me or weren’t even on the signed up on the paper? they need to stop picking and choosing.

Went on July 22Got my toes done I use to love going!Older lady was pushing and pushing to get gel done I told her no she got upset! Got the pedicure that comes with hot towels and message didn’t even get the message she was in such a hurry. Told her to see if she can trim a bit more and said it was okay like thatGOT MY EYEBROWS DONE AND I LOVE GOING TO HER ONLY REASON WHY I GAVE A 3 star is for my eyebrows

Usually I come in for my toes, they usually do a good job, but at all costs avoid the older Asian lady, she forced me to get gel when I told her no she took the regular nail polish colors out of my hands and forced me to get gel she kept insisting to the point that I just gave in, she also did my nails with powder which I didn’t mind but once it was time to pay it added up to a High amount I usually never ever pay, she did her best to make sure I paid a lot she finessed me real good.Also, you have to be on their butts on how you want your nails or they’ll leave them clumpy. You get what you pay for here.

I don't like the treatment they give sometimes. they do it reluctantly and for that one pays for. resive. The service no longer carves one. nothing and this A bit. expensive for. that. don't do it well

The prices were great but the gel uses on my nails chipped away after a week and a half. I'm not sure what she used on my nails but traditional gel polish doesn't do this.Also, when I asked for a flower on my nail, she just smiled and said they look better natural and then she put glitter on my finger with the white polish. Not a fan when people pretend to be ignorant of what I'm saying. I could handle that part but the fact that my nails look the way they do now is not okay. I'll have to pay more to get them fixed, and I won't be back.Services: Pedicure

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.. first of all I went in for an APPOINTMENT at 1:15. I didnt not leave the salon until 4pm and only got a Toe Polish and full set. The toe polish was perfect… but THE NAILS… GARBAGE. The photos posted were taken as soon as I left the Salon. My sidewalls are not filed, there is polish on my hands, the acrylic is touching my cuticles AND they just look bad!! The nail tech ( TOM ) knew he had messed them up but only offered to take $5 off the service and said sorry “cant fix”. The entire tome he did my nails he kept saying “NEXT TIME GO TO MIMI”, “MIMI WILL DO IT PERFECT”. I have been here a few times. The first time.. Tom did my nails and they were perfect. Second time, a lady did them and they were bad. The do REALLY GOOD eyebrows, so today before going, I called and specifically asked for Tom. BAD IDEA. if the salon is crowded like it was today, the service will be VERY POOR.Again.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They dont even clean their tools between clients. They half clean the pedicure bowls. And I never saw one bail tech sanitize a tool or even LOOK at barbicide.DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON… you will be disappointed.Service: Nail extensions

the lady was nice but worse nails I have ever walked away with! And I waited an hour to just sit to get my nails started, which I never have to wait that long anywhere else, this is a place I thought I’d try since it’s down the street from my house, thinking I would be in and out faster than my regular go to’s on 7th st. So many bumps in most nails, to where my finger looks deformed. She first tried to make them thick to where they look like crayons on my fingers, I told her I like them thinner not a chunk of blue on my finger, she tried her best but there was still lumps all over the nails to where the glitter came off and they were splotchy, so she put a GEL blue glitter over them, the second blue isn’t the sparkle I wanted like the first color, which I originally asked for an ombré, however, they did not have many colors to select from so I chose an all glitter blue. They’re still not coffin as I asked for, they’re more squared and lumpy, no two nails look the same at all! And she didn’t clean around my nails! Go to kool nails or skyline nails, I regret coming here, and to start off the new year ?
