Eric was the salesman who helped me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the boots I tried on. I work in IT and was very upfront about how whichever boots I purchased would see a relatively easy life. We joked around about that and then jumped right into the fitting. Super cool and I'm glad I went, the only other service I've experienced like that was for high-end running shoes! After the fitting we found out I needed a different size that I originally planned.
Over all, I cant recommend this shop enough and I have officially started the break-in process. I'll be going back for my next pair and look forward to whenever that happens to be!

Stopped in for some new boots for work. Staff was very helpful, even helped to get the correct shoe size. I have purchased from this store before and after this experience, even with the drive from Arlington, I plan on making any and all other Red Wing purchases from this location.

Worked with Will, and he did a great job. He probably had 10 pairs of boots our for me to try on. I've had a few surgical procedures on one of my feet and it can be hard to find the correct feel and fit. He was very patient and understanding, even with my 2 kids bouncing around the store.

service is not that good been to the store three time for boots and they don't have a lot sized for big man ..they always out ,are tell you to go on line
