I love the store products; however, I visited this evening. I asked for 1/2 pound or 10 raw jumbo shrimp from the meat counter. The employee seemed stumped. I realized later once home that I received .4 lbs and 8 shrimp.
I later asked two different employees where to find the coffee/tea aisle. Neither knew the answer. I ended up asking a fellow shopper who directed me.
Poor customer service at the most expensive grocery near me.

Normally, I like this tore but today our groceries were never delivered and we had to pick them up ourselves. The milk we bought was filled with one that expires in 4 days. We were given a roast half the size of the one we ordered, and the tiny sack of potatoes we were given was laughable. I got none of my chilled coffee drinks saying they were out of stock. Yet when I go in the store, they were clearly there. So disappointed! Please do better.

This Red Box is located inside the lobby of Albertsons' grocery store. There is only one machine at this location so sometimes the movie and game selection can be limited. We like to use this location to return movies to when it's raining or bad weather since it's in doors. I've seen many people pull up to the front of the store and temporarily park there to run in. I wouldn't suggest doing this however. Also keep in mind this location is only accessible during Albertsons' store hours 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
