Regal Fossil Creek is a long-standing theater that has undergone remodeling, featuring comfortable reclining seats with a lot of space between rows. The building is described as a little dated and not as fancy as some other area theaters, but the auditoriums are clean. The movie experience is praised for great picture and sound, with a lot of showtime options to help keep viewing rooms from getting overly crowded. They play both new releases and great classic flicks. Many find it a good place to see a movie, noting its great prices and the appealing smell of popcorn in the lobby. Staff members are frequently noted as friendly and polite, from the ticket scanner to concessions. However, some staff seemed irritable when asked for specific requests. The concession menu and signs are seen as needing updates, and some find the drink options unclear. While some customers plan to return, others state they will not be back. Overall, it is considered the best theater around by some, offering an awesome experience for a movie.
They weren't prepared with the correct amount of 3D glasses at the movies but corrected it when brought to their attention. And the popcorn was fresh and hot and the movie started without a hitch.

Super underrated theater. It may be smaller but it has nice reclining seats in every theater and it's clean and great service. The only decline is the food prices are more expensive than other theaters.
