If I could I would give this place a ZERO star. Do not take your hard earned money here.
I have a been a customer with them for many years, made every payment, and paid off everything. The first couple of items that I got from them the payment process and everything was smooth but when getting the items and filling out the paper work the employees were very rude, but I brushed it off and took as they were just having a bad day, unfortunately that is not the case here.
This time I had a switch and was $270 away from paying the unit off. Unfortunately, when it came time for a payment to be due I was in between jobs and my grandpa was dying of Lung Cancer. The day that payment was due I was visiting my grandpa saying my goodbyes, unfortunately my goodbyes were rudely interrupted multiple times, they called me 3 times in a row before the store was even open and then called my references, mind you payment isn’t even technically overdue yet, just due.
They told me all they needed was communication, call, text, or in person. I called the store and spoke with Alexis and explained what was going on and she was very rude and was not willing to work with me like she had previously stated. I called and texted multiple times letting them know what was happening and why I hadn’t made payment yet. I was doordashing from early in the morning to late in the evening to help my family with funeral arrangements and to make the payment on the unit, they were not willing to work with me at all.
Alexis and Margaret harassed me and my family via phone while sending their guys out to my house when I was not there. One of the guys spoke with my mom a few times and my mom stated that he had a really bad attitude towards her.
This place is very unprofessional and everyone there is rude from beginning of the sale to the end. I put this company on a pedestal and recommended everyone that I knew but I will no longer be doing that. This company has not only lost one customer but all my family and friends.
Please do not waste your money here.

Website clearly says a penny pays your first week so go through everything and fill out/sign all the paperwork online. Call the store to see about delivery and it's not honored they have to have a down payment. According to the guy on the phone 'that's just how they do things there.'
So I guess each location is different? Weird way to run things when you're already charging double the amount of the items if not paid off in 6 months.

I have been a customer of rent a center since it was rent 1 and have enjoyed the best products they have the store I have been with on beach the people there are very friendly and polite they explain your contract in details I wouldn't change store
