The store Manager David is always helpful & he goes above and beyond , resulting in a great experience . Everytime I've called or my mom Cortney calls and needed to update mine or her card on file or get a pay off balance or even request information on a new rental he is always very responsive & respectful and over all makes the renting experience a breeze for my family . I appreciate the great customer service we all in my family receive from the manager David and his whole team at the Jackboro hwy location in Fort Worth, Texas. I had the worst experience.
I ordered furniture approximately 3 weeks ago. I still have yet to receive. They failed to mention it could take up to 6 weeks. Why would one want to go without furniture for that long. I canceled my order. They lost a customer. And they didn’t seem concerned not one bit.
