Tried to get a computer a few days ago. Paid my deposit and everything never heard from the store. I had to call myself and Jose answered of course didn’t care about anything and stated he only had 1 worker. So I said ok let me speak to the manager. Raul then calls me asks for all my personal info. I send it to him over 2 days ago and still no call or email back. So I called again and Jose again says there’s only one worker. So I then ask for corporates number. And his name he didn’t want to give me his full name and stated he’s the only Jose there they will know him.
So I proceeded to call corporate and of course it’s someone from over seas. I spoke with “Jenn” She didn’t have anything to say about the “we only have one staff” ordeal stated no store should have one staff. But didn’t seem to care about how her “managers” carry business. Very unprofessional store ran by people who just there for a check and it shows.

paid off a 86 inc LG tv n less then a year tv LoD light burned out .. I have insurance on tv but they took it Brought it back still not fixed the guy that customer service to hood to Try and be professional they got me sitting two months now with a broken tv they” say it because Looking for a new tv guy technician Instead of giving me a new TV … That’s what insurance is for
