Employees are very friendly. Manager will work with you took less than 30 minutes for me to get the washer and dryer. I needed and delivery and installation perfect the next day very pleased.

Rude and delusional staff corporate really needs to do something about this incompetent store and management. They don’t know right from left. You can tell management is unhappy with his job and position. It’s YOUR JOB to deal and communicate with customers not be rude and miserable.

AS a Over the road driver I've been too they're warehouse in Fort Worth Texas these guys they're are great people they get you loaded and out the door immediately and they treat driver's with respect I have nothing bad to say but great things the only bad things I remember is delivering to they're vendors across the United States some of these stores are in bad spots especially when you have a large size truck

I can say that this store has been very underrated. I got a couch set a bit ago, and I'm currently halfway through the payments. I went through a crisis in March and wasn't able to pay for a bit. I got back on track, and because of the professionalism of a few people, but especially Greg, I got a bedroom set for my son. I will continue to get more things here to improve my home, and will be using this store and it's people.

If I could leave zero starts I would. Worst experience ever. I guess I should be grateful I’m not doing business with them. Adrian is incompetent and has no idea what he is doing. Greg the store manager acted like he was going to help me out and then ended up ignoring my calls and not ever explaining. Aarons or conns is waaaay better than this place. Trust me don’t waste your time.
