They are trying to get new possible account customers but definitely are terrible about it. Came in as a non membership customer and asked about the temporary acceptance, the lady there at the entrance gave me a pass asked for driver's license and said to me that it was a one time pass only to not re-use it and that I could not come back to the store no more after that time. I guess one would get better treatment once you become a member, but unfortunately they've lost a possible prospect today. I came from Arlington to check it out but prices aren't any better that ones one would get a Costco or Sam's. Customer service wise they will fall below normal, cashier won't greet and they treat you like you are begging the items to be given free. In Arlington there's a Store that really welcomes the public, do not waste your gas and save yourself from a sure disappointment.

I worked there from their opening in 2009 to 2010, when I was transferred to another store. My job was to signup restaurants and persuade them to shop at the store.The store is well managed and the staff were friendly and helpful. I never lost a customer once they shopped.Would highly recommend working there or shopping there if you own a restaurant.

Very disappointed in the way the manager spoke to me as I asked him if I can have a certain product from a vendor was very unprofessional knowing I’m a well buying customer who comes here frequently they will pick and choose who they want to sell certain products too.

The receiving department are awesome! Very friendly I was late a day and they still got me in early next day 20min to unload. You can park in the parking lot in the front of the building for overnight parking.

As a Truck driver who is struggling at the moment, this is the best place to deliver. I arrived 6pm for my next day delivery with a scheduled appointment of 10 30am, they allowed me to wait there until they took care their early appointment then recieved me in at 7am . This was good . Thank you guys you have no idea how truck drivers we appreciate this cutesy. Thanks again.

I was there this morning and one of the worker stole $200 from me when I asked the manager I’m sorry I can’t help you…. And he told me to leave the store right now.. I wanna to call cops on him. anybody out? There has a corporate phone number I want to report this incident to them how the manager behaving… I hope he will use that money to pay for his. Funeral.

My Pastor went in to pick up membership card which i was emailed by Jackie stating it was ready for pick up, and some other receptionist treated him rude and disrespectful, stating they needed to submit documents when everything was ready but she didnt want to bother to even look at the email my Pastor was showing her, Jackie is great and has customer service skills, she should give some training to other receptionist in there who can be pretty rude with no reason.. in my opinion if you dont enjoy helping, dont work as customer service.. after being hung up three time looking to speak to a manger, Jackie came to the rescue and handed the membership card to my Pastor in a polite way… ?? thums up for Jackie
