Called to ask a few questions the man on the phone was extremely short and rude and told me that he had other more important customers to help and I was just trying to figure out if there was anything we could do to fix my xbox they need to get thier staff under control and have this handled this is no way to speak to a potential paying customer

Went in to fix my Xbox one and when I came to pick it up they said they couldn't do it but the issue was that when they walked from the back with it they dropped it and said "oops. Heh. " and said they couldn't help me and made me pick up all the pieces. Guess I gotta buy one from ebay now...

Brought my 2yr old in to see The Incredible Hulk and the guys gave him some old power ranger figures that were in the bargain bin, this seriously made his day! He had me play the theme song the whole way home ? thank you guys for that! Awesome place awesome group of guys there.
