I had spoken with over 10 people over a month’s time (2 supervisors) I couldn’t get them to to obtain the authorization for a full face mask. I had the order and the authorization from my doctor but the company continued to say the masks weren’t authorized. However, once I talked to a lady named Mikki, she took my information and stayed in touch with me all day working on the problem. At about 4:00 pm Mikki called and told me that they DID have the authorization and shipped the masks the same day. If it weren’t for the commitment and professionalism, I would still be waiting to get my equipment. I can honestly say everyone in the company should aspire to have her customer service dedication.

EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT. If you have the option to get a CPAP machine from somewhere else, please do so!!

If I could give Reema Medical Fort Worth zero Stars I would. My doctor ordered a CPAP machine for me on September 15th 2023. Today is December 7th 2023. I still do not have my CPAP machine. I have called five times since the middle of October. At first I was told they don't even have any information on me. Yet my doctor's office said they were sent the information on September 15th. I am at high risk of dying from my sleep apnea. Here it is almost 3 months later and nothing.I went into the office today. The lady was rude from the very very beginning. She didn't really even listen to me. In fact she pretty much just said write your name and dismissed me. I had called on November 1st and explained that my doctor's office said they've had my information since September 15th. The lady I spoke with on the phone actually was very nice I was on the phone for 22 minutes trying to get some answers. Finally she said oh the lady that does work for JPS Hospital is behind. But behind by 3 months?? That is atrocious.I'm not really sure they know or care that people's lives depend on getting the machines that were prescribed from their doctors in a timely manner.I will have to edit this review a little bit later this afternoon.

Iliana has been the best. She is helpful and courteous and could not ask for a better person. So helpful and always pleasant. The situation my girlfriend and I find ourselves in with having to have supplemental oxygen in our lives due to her having had Covid has not been easy. This company and everyone who works there has made this situation more bearable. They are the best!

Good Morning,Ronald SimsDOB 0X/0X/XXXXXXXX XXXXX XXXXRiver Oaks,Tx 76114First I would like to say that I have had a Resmed cpap 10 machine for years, over 20 years, with great sucess.I had a new sleep study, I was prescribe a new cpap, I received my Luna cpap from you on Saturday Dec 2,2023, I set it for that evening and was very disappointed and frustrated that my setting were wrong, was set for 4, when I needed it at 18, so I watched a Youtube video on how to set it correct with the right pressure.Got that resolved.Luna cpap is a down grade to my ResmedThis Luna cpap is defective, I still have my older resmed hook up and the comparison of the Resmed 18 pressure setting is right, the Luna 18 pressure setting is weak, that is the first thing.Second, breathing in normal on Luna, but exhaling is very restrictive, and causes me to choke and not breathe correctly, poor quality or defective.Third, my normal humidity is usually set at a 3, which I did on Luna, and several times the tube fills up with water, I have no leaks in my mask, no warning of leaks,again, poor qualtiy or defective.Fourth, my new mask, is a nasel front mask, it also leaks water,and rubbed my bottom lip raw, again, poor quality or defectiveLastly, I was very specific at the get go of what cpap I had already been using, along with the Dreamware mask that I have been using, and I get a Luna cpap and the wrong mask.So, I need instructions on returning everything of the Luna CpapAnd thenI NEED A RESMED 11 WITH A DREAMWARE MASK SENT TO ME ASAPI notice on your 2 star reviews that this is an on going thing with your company, this email will be posted as a review, so I hope we can get this resolved soonI need a phone call today XX7-XXX-3XX8RespectfullyRonald Sims

The most unorganized-unhelpful business I have ever seen. You have to remain compliant in order for insurance to pay for the machine, but it’s impossible to get help! If your original mask does not work for you, you must use it for 3 months before you can get a different one! However, when your 3 months is up, they take machine back for noncompliance! Maybe if they made sure they issued something that worked for the patient or have some sort of system to help figure it out, you could be compliant! We even ordered additional masks through Amazon trying to figure it out on our own. No one wants to feel better more than the patient. Astounded!

Worst company ever!!! Do NOT Recommend. Seriously!I’ve never been one to complain, but when you’re dealing with a life or death situation this company does not CARE. I’ve called to explain the situation in regards to my hubby.We’ve got sent home with a cpap machine that he depends ON, when he came home we were told his machine was given through charity. We had no idea we were supposed to pay them for this machine!!! We’ve explained that to two people who work there! They don’t care, they are going to pick it up anyways. And we’ve asked for a payment plan and they’re not wanting to give it to us. How can you refuse that???!They don’t care about their patients! Only the money!

Haidee Angel is the BEST. Even the guy who went before us said so when he was leaving after seeing her. She made sure we were happy with everything. She took all the time needed to make sure. I highly recommend Rhema.

Can you give a company less then a one Star. My mother was setup by the hospital with this company for oxygen after her discharge. A person delivered one A cylinder and a home concentration machine. No instructions on how to get resupply. Used the little bottle over 2 weeks ago for a doctors appointment. Learned the A bottle won't last for a round trip to doctors office any where in the Metro plex. Got home and called Rhema office to say our portable was out of O2 this was a Thursday. Was informed our delivery day was Wednesday so next week they would bring out 10 bottles. Next Wednesday they say someone attempted a delivery, but nothing on my Ring camera, so called and they said sorry have to wait another week. So here we are another week and no delivery. Now going over 2 weeks no portable O2, have had to cancel doctors appointments. How can company that says they are leader in health care, care so little for their customers and patients.

Order C-Pap machine, did not work properly. Had to drive miles to get to their remote office. Advised by MD they did not include small card for transmittal of information.

50 mins of my time wasted. Absolutely the worst on hold music in addition to complete incompetence from those who answer the phone. God help you if you have to do business with these people because their employees won't.

Awful service!! Reported faulty O2 concentrator with red light. Reported we had no tanks. Twice without prior notice, they came by to service/deliver but we were at hospital. They don’t answer the phone; they prompt you to leave a number and they call back whenever. Told them 4 times the concentrator was in the red. Beware! Reps are heavy on the gaslighting.Edit: I called the number they left under this review. It accomplished nothing but convinced me more that this company is fraudulent.

They continue to call and text that they are scheduling to pick up equipment for a bill that I paid 2 months ago. When I call the office, no one answers. If you call 30 minutes before lunch.they will not answer.if you get lucky Jordan may answer the phone minutes before they close.when I go onto the office, it takes forever to get help. Terrible office skills
