A local, small business that has been a staple in Fort Worth for decades! The customer service here is SO good. They are always willing to help you out in whatever way they can. Lots of bulk herbs and a huge assortment of supplements.

I've been a customer at this family-owned store for 20+ years and cannot say enough about the kind, professional service and high quality products provided by Richardsons. Quality supplements require quality ingredients to ensure safety, purity and efficacy of the products. Cheap alternatives do not provide what you think your getting on the label. That's why I still shop at this store even though I'm now retired and on a fixed income. I'm willing to pay extra for quality. The staff is always cheerful, caring and helpful, and will readily order anything I need if not currently in stock.

My husband and I have been patronizing that store for over twenty five years and we have always been treated courteously and with respect. We are greeted when we come in and have all our questions answered when asked for help. They have excellent knowledge of the products that they carry and are willing to order a product if it is not in stock. Great people.Great service

I can't say how being greeted by Mr. Timothy Brick at the door means the world. Not only greeted but asked did I need help finding what I need or do I have an idea so he could direct me. Mr. Brock customer service is what the world needs today. Good spirit, understanding of customers need, not pressuring me to buy, willing to help, and printing info on what I purchased and what I need it for. I will truly visit again. I felt so welcomed and left more knowledgable of my need. Thank You so much for your time and patience of my needs!!!!
