We have used Right at Home (Northwest) for almost two years. We survived difficult times during Covid, with my wife who suffered a stroke and needs constant attention. We've had some rough spots with care givers, but they worked until they found the right ones. It is no fault of theirs as caregivers can be difficult to find. We were very pleased with Alexa and now Marci. They have been dependable, caring, flexible, and understanding. We couldn't have done it without them.

Thank you Right at Home for the care and compassion you did for my family , My mom was very ill and I was given a wonderful caregiver and for 8 hrs. a day she did more then 100% for my family. My dad is also becoming ill but I know i can count on Right at Home to assist my love ones when the time comes. From the caregivers to the office this agency is top notch!!

Sitter arrived late, left my dad alone to go outside, and left her shift an hour early without telling anyone. A housekeeper found him trying to stand up unassisted. Had he fallen it would've been catastrophic. I called and reported the sitter to Norma at the office who seemed very unconcerned. My dad has dementia and is about to die. He is very weak and sick. I needed to trust this company. It was a mistake to hire them.

Needed immediate sitter service for my 88 year old dad who is in a nursing home and they were able to schedule on very short notice. However the sitter was late. The staff at the facility reported that the sitter went outside during her shift leaving my dad alone. And she left an hour before her shift was over and didn't tell the nursing staff. She left my dad alone and a housekeeper found him trying to get up. He could have fallen which could have been catastrophic. I reported all of this to Norma who seemed very unconcerned.

My mother came from New York and needed in home assistance due to my crazy work hours. we had two other companies that we went through and obviously didn’t work out because I only wanted the best for my mother and it just wasn’t working out with all the different care takers coming in and out. right at home, Norma provided not only a professional care taker to assist my mother and her daily needs but a very honest compassionate and willing to do it all care taker. I’m super picky but she did not disappoint thank you we’ve been on a roller coaster trying to find the best place and now we finally have it. Would recommend if I can give more than 5 stars I would ?????? thank you ladies!

As a caregiver I’m so glad I found this job! Single mom of 3 and it was hard to have a set schedule, there is a lot of work and if you’re in this business you know it can fluctuate. I’m lucky that our coordinator always tries to work our schedule and give me the hours I need. When I couldn’t take on a client they were understanding and always assured me to let them know if I needed anything. I’ve always been with great clients and in reasonable distance from my home. Would definitely come back if I needed to and refer any friends or family looking for a caregiver job.

Wednesday, I was going to be headed to the office to print out the application as my printer died. This morning, Thursday, I text the line I had been messaging Samantha on to see what the hours were. Norma responded quite rudely, that the number I text Samantha on was an emergency, after hours line. I had text Samantha back and forth on this line during business hours the last 2 days so I had no idea it was an after hours line. Norma stated I was a no show yesterday. Not the case. I never told anyone a time I was coming yesterday to print the application but was able to print the application myself AFTER a medical emergency at the school with my son and after normal business hours. Yes, maybe I should have called, however her response was unnecessary. I quickly requested my application be withdrawn. If this is an example of their customer service towards prospective employees, how are clients treated?? I would NOT want her as a supervisor and I would not do business with them. If you want to make a difference, find a different place that has a team in place who treats people respectfully.

Really They don't deserve 1 star very unprofessional I got a full-time job because the client I got when I started at 5 days a week went down to 3 and only wanted 4 hours I was still gonna work it on my off days from my full-time job I guess that wasn't enough to make matters worse this was on Wednesday payday is Friday so why would you put my check in the mail instead of me picking it up then tell me oh it's protocol? I could see if I had another check but with it being Wednesday I could've picked up my check now I have to wait may get it Saturday maybe Monday maybe Tuesday we all know how the mail is but I know they did it because they were mad but oh well VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
