Dude tried to charge me $1500 for a power steering pump replacement, and said it’d take 3 weeks to do. I ordered the $250 pump and did the job myself within 2 days. Can’t trust this guy.

I was preparing to go to Santa Fe last minute and decided I needed an oil change on my LandRover. I called all around to see if I could get a quick oil changed, but no luck. I stopped by on a whim to ask, and to my surprise, they did it right away, plus my vehicle inspection. Great Service! Kind and friendly and eager to help! ?

Took my rim to CTS that I had a blowout, wheel and took my own tire (new) to simply put tire on rim (wheel) and charged me $69.00….I spoke with 5 reputable Tire shops: Goodyear, etc said the most would be $20. The tire was new and again my rim and tire. They stole $49.00So, I will say again, 5 quotes same job not more than $20.Refund my money, Nextdoor will be next and just in case you wondered, I have lived in Arlington Heights for 32 years…..I won’t stop until you do this right ….count on it!

The men at Rivercrest Service Center were very thorough.I took my car in due to a rattle and squeaking noise, after other service centers told me nothing was wrong with the car.Majeed and Muhammad determined the noise was not the engine, but in fact the catalytic converter. Apparently someone had tried to steal the converter, failed in the process, but damaged it enough to require a new part.Majeed shopped around for me and found the best deal. He saved me over $500.Theses guys have also replaced car batteries, oil changes and car engines for our family.Would highly recommend this service center.

Friend took her oil change here and they left the cap loose. She didn't realize and when her oil light started flashing, she popped the hood and looked and saw oil everywhere and the fill cap was lying off to the side. She called to have it towed to them and they said, 'we won't pay for the tow, but come by and get some oil and we'll give it to you to put in it.' Are you kidding?This was in Arlington and they're in West Fort Worth. On her day off! For their screw up!She then said, 'Alright, lets just get this fixed'. She called to let them know she'd work with them to get the car back and they said something along the lines of, 'we changed our mind. We don't believe you and think it's your fault' (I'm paraphrasing).Sadly, I'm seeing more and more lack of customer service lately.I'm asking everyone I know to leave a poor review for this shop on behalf of my friend who was in tears.We're having it towed to another shop to have their mistakes fixed. Looking at several hundred dollars for towing and cleanup. Hopefully the engine isn't bad. That'll open up a whole new set of problems for these people...
