They did their job but a Cover of the bottom of the car was missing and when we told them they denied it and they said that it had already been missing and there’s a metal piece lodged into our left front tire now we have to get that fixed. They took way too long to complete the job.

I know a few years ago I would never had gone back..
I went in yesterday and they were super cool and got me in and out real fast on my oil change.

Had a great experience here! The team was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Kyle went above and beyond, and he explained everything clearly. He handled all the details with my truck, and even pointed out a few things I might need to take care of down the road without trying to upsell or pressure me. The manager also jumped in to help when I needed to provide some extra info, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that communicates this well and actually looks out for you. Highly recommend!

I’d advise to stay away from getting scammed. Firstly they recommended everyone to get an alignment. Also they intimated young lady’s as I witnessed the girl in front of me who father wanted to verify before she pay extra for the unknown alignment issues. They proceeded to ask why and pressure her into proceeding asking questions like what exactly is he going to look at and the reasons she didn’t want to proceed. They then charge her and she had to return before leaving noticing she paid for the alignment. When speaking to the mechanic, he informed me that sometimes when procedures say 7+ hours and they charge by the hour he can find ways around it and do it less than 1-2 hours, but still charges full price SCAMMING. if I work hourly what makes you think you deserve to sit on your but and I pay for labor you did not do!!! turns out my part for my Diagnose from dealership was less than $16 but quoted me $1900!!!! Then proceeded to add extra $150 charge after telling me the price the first time. Lastly when paying for my procedure I noticed an up charged that was not discuss as I have on recorded the flat rate didn’t discuss exactly what supply charges were. I hate dishonesty and a company should stand for that. I hope this reaches the right people before they continue do this to others. :)
