Had to go here to make a return, simple n smooth. Didn't have the pants I were looking for tho, but left with some True Luck jeans. The store has a nice atmosphere but it's barely busy, nice time to go would be sometime in the afternoon, too busy at night.

I do not recommend this store, they should choose their employees better, starting with the manager named Alex who was on the afternoon shift on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 and an employee named Moni who were very rude, if it were possible not I would not even give them one star, I will definitely not return to this store, they always have disrespectful employees and I had never wanted to leave a review, but this time it was the last straw, even the manager is at such a low level when she should be an example for the other employees.

I am making this call specifically to the manager of the store at this time of night for today Sep/21/2023, the two cashiers who were serving shortly before closing were very unfair in this case towards me, I came back a few things while they left me there for a long time they only called the people who were making purchases, even two people in the purchasing line realized that they were simply ignoring me and they gave me the Step so that I could return the item A very kind person even told me (I'll give you my place because these women are never going to call you) I thanked the lady as I should but I told her I'll see if they call me in the next one since the man in line is not like that She told me come in and that's when one of the cashiers turned to me and signaled that it was fine but if she didn't think I would have done it, the wait to be able to make this return was ridiculously long. They had never done that to me before and I felt ignored. and very bad, this treatment was not fair for me but it would not be fair for anyone else either. I trust the good judgment of the manager and I can talk to these cashiers so that this does not happen to someone else. I am a loyal buyer of this store regularly. I spend hundreds a month and it doesn't seem fair that the cashiers don't value us when we need to return or change something.

Not long ago my sister lost her wallet there and no one was there to help . They were all rude and refuse to help us , we asked the security to check the camera and they refused , that the manager was there didn’t want to apparently?
