It's a nice store with very kind employees. I've always enjoyed their selection and my daughter and I enjoy visiting together and finding little treasures for our home and wardrobe.

I was in this store on Monday. The line was extremely long with one associate working the register. I counted 8 other employees working on the floor hanging clothes, straightening up, doing everything else except helping out the register. It was ridiculous that management or staff didn’t see the issue. They kept looking over at the registers but didn’t assist. Needless to say, i waited in line about 20 minutes before the manager came out the back and decided to help. Horrible customer service. I’ll stick with the Burleson location!

All I can say is the health department needs to make a trip to the store the way y’all have it should never be like this. This is a Ross should be welcoming to the customers. I think I thrift store is much cleaner and healthier to shop at the bathrooms need to be updated. Everything is falling apart in the restrooms, the windows and mirrors are filthy. The tile probably never been cleaned. This place is falling apart and I’m sure the owners would like to know what’s happening to their store and imagine Christmas is coming soon doesn’t feel so welcoming to be shopping here

As soon as we walked in, they shouted at us saying "we close in 15 mins" a second later they followed with "14mins" ok. I wasn't planning on staying long. Just buying a toy real quick. My daughter was going to meet me there to pick up my grandbaby. As my daughter was walking to the doors after I had already paid and I was walking out (so it was perfect timing.) Some man in a car parked outside waiting on one of the employees started yelling at my daughter in the parking lot, saying "it's closed" in a very angry manner. I'm not sure why the employees would be allowed to have their friends harass customers in the parking lot while they wait for them to get out. But it was very uncomfortable for my daughters and myself. Also "the security" followed us and yelled at my 11 year old and grandbaby saying "what are you doing!?" I'm not sure if she didn't see me, but I answered her "shopping" she then said she just wanted an excuse to sit down on the chairs they have for sale. All just very unprofessional, making us feel very uncomfortable.
