This Ross branch is always poorly organized, well in general all the Ross's are like this, but I think this one is one of the worst ones, they never have the prices of certain things and when you go to the checkout they don't know how to help you and they give you a price for something that isn't, plus the cashiers are always grumpy and not at all friendly, there is no good customer service.

And, Somedays I'm moving like a sloth! Depressed, insomnia, emotional and physically tired but still shopping! Roy, your patience is paramount. I'm so thankful that there are people like y'all willing to sacrifice your time and energy into people like me with mind instabilities.

Extremely clean and organized. Was greeting at least 3 times.
Unfortunately I went for shoes and the women's select was very slim pickings if any especially in size 10. Would have been 5 if they had a variety or any good options in stock. Customer service was nice !

Absolutely disgusting. I went to this location today and purchased two items. A figurine and a pair of shoes. Despite the “security guard “ watching me check out I was stopped at the door upon me leaving he asked to search the very bags that I had just received from checking out. I asked him if he was serious considering he literally just watched me check out. His excuse was they have to check every one due to the neighborhood. He reached for the bag on my arm in return I handed him both of them. And said “return it”. He looked confused and gestures to the supposed manager standing behind me. The manager doesn’t acknowledge any of it other than directing the same cashier who checked me out to process my refund. Rather than her just returning my money she wants to “talk” about it. Well no take it back.
Overall, this is absolutely ridiculous. In this same visit there is literally a woman walking throughout the store panhandling but you all treat a paying customer with two items that you watched check like a thief. Absolutely not. Unacceptable.

Don't ever come to this place they want to check your receipt after they just sat there and watched you pay for it and then the security guard thought it was funny to be standing on the other side of the store while I had to stand there and wait on him to come check my receipt. Makes no sense. And for him to laugh about it shows how horrible their customer services is. He's lucky I turned my life around, or I would've cleaned that smile off his face for sure.

Your typical Ross store. It did feel as if the shoe department could use more inventory as it was mostly empty.

Went shopping here and the Indian accent employee is bossing the customers. Even asked I take out the hangers off the clothes Im buying. I had never taken out hangers at a store. Absolutely no customer service. She is in the wrong profession. She keeps at yelling at the customers.

Me and my child love always going to Ross they have good deals going on for cheap and sometimes I compare them to Walmart or Walmart's brand is not.
